Ho-Hum, Maybe I'll Cum
Maybe if the Tickle Bear were about $20 cheaper, maybe if the shaft actually rotated, maybe if the suction cup worked, maybe if the clit vibrations were stronger, maybe if it weren't made of Jelly..... maybe you shouldn't buy this.

Pros
Waterproof, Good control options, Easy battery changes.
Cons
Jelly material, Shaft doesn't rotate, Suction cup doesn't work.
This is my first true rabbit style vibe. I requested this one because it seemed like a triple-threat: waterproof, suction cup, rabbit.
Some housekeeping: The Tickle Bear is made of Jelly. Jelly cannot be sterilized and therefore, cannot be shared without a condom. The Tickle Bear should be cleaned well with either hot soap and water or toy cleaner. Actually, this particular toy smells so strongly of Jelly chemicals that I am using a condom on it for just me. Because of all the various crevices and textures it took some effort to get the Tickle Bear completely cleaned.
The Tickle Bear is an average sized shaft with rotating beads in the base of the shaft and a vibrating clit stimulator. It is advertised as having a “swirling shaft.” The tip of the shaft does move, in 7 levels of speeds, but the greatest swirl the shaft makes is, at best, a circle an inch around. At best. Really the “swirling” function of the Tickle Bear is useless. The beads are the only noticeable movement controlled by the “swirling” function. Only the bottom row of beads rotated for me. They sometimes got stuck, but did keep going when I clinched down and felt decent at my vagina entrance.
The bear shaped clit stimulator has a long pointed nose which conducts the vibrations pretty good. The controller has push button 1-9 vibration controls for the clit stimulator, instead of having to scroll through settings. There are only two levels of straight vibrations and the rest are pulsing rhythms. The higher vibration setting is only a 3...more like a 2.75 really in strength.
The Tickle Bear is truly waterproof. I took it into the shower for a good long while and also submerged it in a sink of water while cleaning.
Speaking of shower, one of the main reasons I got this vibe was because of the suction cup. The suction cup would not stick on any of my shower surfaces. Although it would stick to other surfaces, the suction was not strong enough. More on that below.
The Tickle Bear plugs into its battery compartment with a screw-on cap. This runs on 4 AAA batteries which actually power it quite well. The battery compartment on the controller flips open and has a turn closure, making battery changes a snap. The controller also has a stop button that stops everything. I really like this because when I'm finished I can just turn the whole thing off, rather than scroll back through the functions to the stopping point. The control pack is great, but if you use it in water it is slippery.
Design: I like the realistic defined shaped penis head, including urethral opening & frenulum. For me, the well-defined head is good for thrusting stimulation, especially shallowly. There are heart-shaped nubs on bead section which did not enhance my experience. There are several places on the Tickle Bear where I can see the wiring. Not that this contributes to the usefulness of the toy, but to me it indicates cheap design.
Did I mention the noise level is louder than all the other toys I own?

Experience
I was really excited to get the Tickle Bear, my first rabbit vibe. I had these grand notions that I could just lay back and let the toy do the work. Yeah, right.
The first thing about this toy was the smell. A seriously strong smell that demanded condom coverage. Then I was slightly irritated it takes 4 AAA batteries instead of AA because AA is the standard in my toys. Thankfully I did have some fully charged AAA batteries ready.
I got comfortable on my bed, lubed up the Tickle Bear shaft, turned it on the low vibration and rotation settings and well, not much happened. I honestly felt like one of those women in movies who is just laying there while her male partner mounts and thrusts against her. So I turned everything up – both the vibration and the rotation. I tried thrusting. I tried using my hand to manipulate the clit stimulator. Eventually I came. It was more like “Oh... ok. I'm done” than some mind blowing event.
The next time I used this toy, I got in the shower. I was very excited because I thought I would stick it to the wall and have a nice doggy-style session with hot water running all over me. I was wrong. The Tickle Bear would NOT suction to ANY of the surfaces in my shower. None. I couldn't even get it to stick to the floor. Frustrated and horny, I grabbed the thing and used it much the same way I did the first time. Again I did wind up orgasming, but again, it was rather ho-hum.
So then I started sticking the Tickle Bear to different surfaces in my bedroom. I found that it did stick to the finish of my bedroom dresser. So I stuck it, lube it and eased back on to it. The clit tickler was on and it felt really great as I slid back and forth and ground up against the vibe. Then the suction cup came loose. I went to stick it back on the dresser, but the vibe was covered in my juices and lube and sliding around everywhere. I had to dry it off to get it to re-suction, only to find myself in same situation about 5 minutes later.
I finally just gave up, took the stupid thing to the bed and grabbed my Xtreme purple wonder on the way. Eventually I came, and again it was a mediocre experience.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I have tried desperately to use Tickle Bear, and you know what? It still really sucks. Every once in a while I will pull it out thinking "Ok - this time I will have fun." But alas, the nasty jelly smell combined with the ever weakening vibrations and racket noise just turn me off.

Just reading your review made my nose burn from the horrid Jelly scent. This vibe sounds pretty terrible, but your review is great :)

Wow,really through review. Sorry this toy was such a disappointment, there are good rabbit vibe out there. The good ones tend to be elusive little creatures and can take a while to find the right fit. Once you do find the right one they can be a great addition to the toy box. I own and quite like THE WATERPROOF SILICONE SPLASH, PD175000 it reminds me of the old rabbits and as I recall they we're better back in the day. This is not loaded with tons of bells and whistles but its strong, waterproof, quiet and gets the job done. Just a thought. Better luck next time.

I'm still looking for that one suction cup vibe that'll REALLY work for me. It doesn't look like this is it. =(
