The bliss is iffy I like it but want more, it has advantages but wish the vibrations were better. It's great for partner play, combining your toys & can come in handy even though it's hands free. Overall I'm back & fourth would put as something I like & enjoy but will never love. Definitely worth a try to spice up sex but I wouldn't recommend for solo play unless your super sensitive. Treat yourself try it out. Girls buy it for you or 1 for you & 1 for your girlfriend, guys buy it for your girl.

Pros
Great for combination play, hands-free
Cons
Vibration not powerful, the size variation, awkward to put on
The best use for this vibrator is in conjunction with someone or something else. The vibration is okay and nothing to brag about, but the tickle is nice. One word description and the best word I can come up with is nice. I suppose the best area of stimulation and primary function is your clitoral area.
I think this toy is best for women . Although, a man might be able to simulate himself with it; but, with all the straps I think he is better to look elsewhere for a toy. Although I can't speak from experience, but upon thinking about it maybe a guy could strap it on his legs the same way a woman could and it would stimulate his penis. Also, you could sort of stick it between your anus though with all the straps the best way to due that would require cutting the straps.
Overall, I would stick with clitoral stimulation and even that is iffy with the exception of using it during sex; then it could come quite in handy(personal story later).
Summarizing the best occasion to use this toy would be in conjunction with sex attached to a woman having sex with someone of either sex.
This product is made of a mixture of plastic and silicone. My impressions of the material is that is feels amazing. I love just simply love silicone. I love it so much, that sometimes I take silicone products or even just semi silicone and rub it on my body just for the sensation. I've said before I'll say it again, I'm a silicone whore and recommend silicone products to everyone.
The material is the best feature and the design tickles in a way that increases the stimulation. I'd say that this the texture could be for anyone but the product in general is better for beginners or people more sensitive.
Now, to get to the technical the plastic is synthetic or semi synthetic polymerization. The silicone is a semi-organic polymer, man-made material known for wide-ranging stability and water repellent. If you remember any of the technical descriptions water repellent is a good one silicone is water resistant basically it's waterproof. Silicone is smooth and not porous as is the plastic with a firm, smooth textures like I said it feels good.
The best thing other than the material, is the fact that the BB (butterfly bliss) is hands free. However, while you're having sex it can be awkward (though doable) to have to hold a toy in place. A hands free toy like the BB is awesome, as it allows your hands to roam elsewhere stimulating oh so many fun areas. The shape of the BB is alright, though the antennae tended to stray. The butterfly bliss was awkward to put on and, as stated, the vibrations could've been designed with much more power. The butterfly worked alright for me though I would only use it during sex or with an insert-able toy. Again hands free comes in handy when using another toy like a dildo or vibrator, anal toy etc as it is much easier to do the inserting.
The size of the butterfly was perfect for me I and I emphasize I had no problem with fit; I'm small to average depending. The butterfly bliss is adjustable. Although, I had two friends try it on and one of the women was a size 12 and the other one was plus sized It fit the first friend fine. However my other friend could only get in over one leg, it was a tight squeeze, and it wouldn't fit the other leg. She had no problem getting the waistband over her waist so if you are a size 12 or under, you should be fine. Although leg size is important, if you have a large waist but tiny legs it might not fit your waist.
As for the toy size, it's average; not too big if you position it right and not to small it covers you pretty well for stimulation. I wouldn't say this is easy to hide but I'm not big on shame I say flaunt it.
The Butterfly Bliss has seven functions which is a nice plus; I love variety.
As for performance Bliss is okay the vibrations weren't strong enough for me, but I prefer four to five on the v-room scale three at the very least. If you are sensitive or don't need strong vibration, then you can get full use out of the Butterfly. Use can use it for masturbation without other toys, sex, masturbation with toys or anything else you can think of. A friend suggested that it would be something great to wear around all day, your little secret but make sure it isn't too loud. I put it on and the person next to me couldn't hear it vibrating. I was self conscious thinking that everyone could hear it since I could; but that isn't true at least not always. Ask someone else see if they can hear it and if your comfortable , free yourself and enjoy the day with a little play.
Even if it isn't super strong, the sensation might be good just to feel all day even if the goal isn't to cumm. Then you can make it foreplay with a buildup to great sex when you get home. Wanting something so long but not getting it can lead to explosive orgasms.
I'd have to say that the best function is that it's hands free, which makes it a great addition to vaginal intercourse.
The controls are super convenient and couldn't be easier to figure out. It performed fine in water for me with no problems at all.
Plastic can easily be cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water or by wiping it down with isopropyl alcohol. I've found that your basic anti-bacterial soap the kind for use without water, is a easy cheap way to clean most toys. This site also offers great toy cleaning wipes that you can get for free with any purchase. I found it very easy to care for with them, I just wiped it down; simple. Also on a side note, silicone also repels bacteria which is great, makes for easier care and extended use. As for storage, I actually store it in the box; it's durable and makes it easier to find. I then put it in the top of my closet. You could store it in a drawer, my only suggestion is to avoid tangling the straps since they can be tricky to unwind when you want to play. The great thing about silicone is that the only lube you need is water. Though with all lubes, make sure you don't have an allergy same with the materials. If an allergic reaction occurs contact your doctor. Also on a side note, if you are trying to get pregnant read the ingredients and make sure the lubes don't contain spermicide.
The packaging is nice and even the box is smooth. I still have the box and use it for storage. The instructions could have been clearer on how to put it on; though, I figured it out eventually. I still have difficulty getting it on and that is one of the problems with the design. So to be clear package great instruction sucked and not in a fun way.
I think this box could definitely be used as a gift box since it looks nice; add a red bow and your good to go. Overall I liked the packaging but wish it was clearer on instructions.
My story involved an experience with a man; bu,t I see no reason why this can't be utilized by people in any type of relationship. Girls in same sex relationships or just having same sex, sex I can think of a lot of ways you can use this. You can both wear one or just one of you while the other goes down or you 69. You can also add anal stimulation by itself or added with oral; the three way pleasure can be the best. This can go for a guy to don't feel like you just have to stick to one or even two areas. Anything you can stimulate should be tried at least once. Vibrators or anal toys can cover that while you or a toy covers vaginal and this covers clitoral; maybe even add nipple stimulation for the girl or guy. Guys might have a hard time in a same sex situation and I'm sure you could figure out a way to use it. No matter if you are using it during same sex, hetero sex, three-ways, orgies, or even masturbation be safe.
With solo session be sanitary clean after use and if you are sharing it make sure to sanitize it before and after you use it. Make sure you can trust the person you share toys with and remember people lie so be careful of disease.
Now if your having sex with someone else use protection unsafe sex kills. Be more proactive then that though disease is not only caused by intercourse so a condom can only do so much. If your protecting against pregnancy I suggest two types of protection the pill, shot, iud etc (talk to a health care professional about your options, and condoms. People cheat so unless you trust someone with your life use a condom. If you are having any kind of sex oral, anal, vaginal whatever protect yourself. Men and women if a guy hasn't been tested put a condom on before you go down and woman and men be careful get tested or don't eat out(dental dams is an option).
Put condoms on your toys anything your sharing if someone hasn't been tested you need to be careful. So save yourself the trouble, get tested and if you can use condoms. Be safe, stay clean and healthy. So ends my public service announcement. Have fun in bed but do it smart or not at all.
I find that the Butterfly Bliss is a great addition to sexual play. While the butterfly lacks the vibration power I would like, it definitely has other pros.
When I put it in use during sex ,especially with a certain type of guy, it was a great way to help me finish.
Alright, personal story, I have this guy who is fantastic with foreplay, he loves to use toys. When it comes to oral he really knows how to go to town while going down on a girl. He is worth keeping around and has given me some of my best orgasms. However he has some shortcomings, no pun intended, he isn't the biggest and believe me I don't think size is everything or anything. Honestly I've had some of my top orgasms involving intercourse with guys that were small, it's all about how you use what you've got. I have no problem with his size but, he also has some medical issues that effect him in other ways. That isn't even the problem if you work with a guy stimulate him right, try different techniques impotence can be overcome (though I know not everyone can overcome it). However, this guy while great with foreplay, and after overcoming his medical issues, isn't the best during actual sex. He just can't make me come vaginally. I know I go on and on, but this toy helped me to get my moment without making him feel bad. I just said I wanted to try something new and he was cool. As long as you don't put him down(which can make little him go down) and say it in a certain way. i.e. I like to combine your stimulation with another form of stimulation to take me over the edge and beyond. I do suggest you just phrase it right when it comes to sex. You shouldn't lie or fake it since that just reinforces bad behavior and bad sex. You don't have to lie, just phrase it right and guide so as not to make someone feel inadequate.
This toy is a great addition to a situation like mine. Also, my friends agree after having used similar toys.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it3 months after original review
I really like this and it has stood the test of time which is my main consideration in a follow up review. My original review stands as far as the good and the bad. I don't believe this to be a toy for a girl above a certain size as the fit just isn't right. I did test to see if it was any fun without being strapped on and it just didn't do it for me; it might work for you in that capacity, but I wouldn't recommend it for such use. I think the vibrations could be more powerful, but as an add-on toy it works quite nicely and some of my partners really enjoyed it because I like to be stimulated and it saved them from having to do it for me. They could focus on penetration and a few of my partners took it as an opportunity to stimulate me anally which was enjoyable. To have so many areas stimulated and then add in a little breast suckling, makes for a good time. But, as I said, you might want to go for something with a little more oomph. I enjoy it, but should it stop working, I'm not going to be jumping up to replace it. So, it's fun to have around but not something I would miss were it gone.
