Hearts for Tarts
Casey's On-The-Go-Vibe is a great find. It's one of the smallest dual action vibrators I've seen and it's fantastic to play with, no matter where you are.

Pros
The vibrator is small, cute, and able to get the job done.
Cons
The clitoral vibrator lacks oomph.
Casey's On-The-Go-Vibe|Casey's on-the-go sweetheart is a vibe that is compact and discreet enough to take with you wherever you go. With an entire length of only 5 1/4" long, it can easily be stashed in a purse, clutch, backpack, or laptop bag. Even though this vibrator is a small one, it delivers just as well as its full size counterparts.
What I like best about this vibe is that it's crafted in soft, squishy, and phthalates-free TPR. The pocket rocket-sized shaft is scattered with raised hearts which add to the overall pliable feel of the thick sleeve. Protruding off of the shaft is a small mini bullet-sized clitoral stimulator that boasts three soft prongs that tease and tickle. It has a good feel to it and while not filling, it certainly is comfortable when nestled inside of you.
The fact that it's smaller than a full size rabbit vibrator makes Casey's On-The-Go ideal for play when I'm on my period. I do like to orgasm during that time of the month, and I'm not one of those women that freaks out if anything goes near their vagina that isn't a tampon. During a period I get crampy and I don't want a huge vibrator filling me up; the thin shaft of the sweetheart vibe is just enough to feel good but not push my limits. I was still able to fulfill my needs of penetration and clitoral stimulation without causing my vagina any aches or discomfort.
What surprised me the most was that the shaft vibrates as well as the clitoral stimulator. While both the shaft and the clitoral vibrator are controlled by the same dial and on the same speed, it was a change of pace to be able to have internal vibrations as well as external ones. The only downside to this was that the internal ones were far more powerful than the external ones. I had a hard time having a clitoral orgasm but when I finally got off the internal vibrations were pure bliss. Also, the three prongs on the end of the clitoral stimulator were noticeable but not a "wow" factor, they added to the overall experience but not in a significant way. While I was able to get off with moving them back and forth over my clit they weren't the main cause of my orgasm as they were not firm enough to deliver the amount of stimulation I required.
Some other features I'd like to touch upon:
*It's a waterproof vibrator. You can fully submerge this in a bathtub or use it in the shower, you can also wash the entire toy in the sink.
*It runs on one AA battery which gives it a significant boost of power, and normally I don't trust toys under 2 AA batteries.
*The screw on the base of the cap gets hot with prolonged play so make sure to grip the sides of the cap instead of the bottom.
*It is multi-speed, the dial base is adjustable so the sky is the limit when it comes to deciding on what speed you want.
*While this toy is phthalates-free, TPR is still a semi-porous material so using the finger of a latex glove would be the best way to keep it clean, which will ultimately prolong the life of the toy.
If you're looking for small, semi-quiet, and very discreet dual action vibrator then Casey's On-The-Go-Vibe is the one for you.

I would like to add that this is good to use while having sex. It was short enough to be comfortable during doggy style and while it took me longer to get off with as many of my other toys, it certainly gave me the warm up I required. Also, I have friends that have a fear of being stretched out by using larger toys (it's a myth as the vagina is a muscle that quickly returns to normal) but this is a toy that can be comfortably used without your partner ever being the wiser. If you don't like using dildos or vibrators of a larger girth than what your partner is packing, this little vibrator will certainly please you.

Also, do you think it's quiet enough to use in a communal shower and get away with it?
