Heart On, Heart Off.
The Heart-on bullet was a big disappointment to me. It's way too loud, and while it has a nice range of intensities, it's far too easy to turn it up on accident. And with the poor construction, I suggest you skip over this one and find something better.

Pros
Cute design, easy to care for, powerful.
Cons
Really loud, poorly made, short cord.
The reason I bought this, and I'm being serious, was because I was on a huge heart kick. They were all over everything, and I really wanted a good bullet. I had one from Doc Johnson before (a Vivid one, very poorly made), so I wanted something that was going to last. I had read some good things, and it was inexpensive.
When it arrived, it was in a clamshell plastic box that was easily opened. The cord was held together by a wire-tie to fit it inside the allotted space. The actual bullet part was *much* bigger than I intended. And then my disappointment set in. The cord seemed just as flimsy as my previous bullet, and the control pack just as poorly made. It may have just been me, but the battery door didn't even want to stay closed once the batteries were inserted!
This toy is made entirely of plastic, which is non-porous. Thus, it's easy to clean off the bullet when finished, simply by using a toy cleaner. This one is smooth to the touch, so if you want texture you may want to look elsewhere.
While I could handle the larger size of the bullet, the control pack really turned me off. It's way too easy to just bump it and turn up the vibrations. I will say this for it though: it has some pretty strong vibrations. And with those strong vibrations, comes this toy being ridiculously loud. It woke up the people I live with, and that's saying something.
While it claims to be waterproof, the control pack definitely is not. Even when closed, the batteries would be exposed to water. And with the wire being so flimsy, I wouldn't want to submerge the bullet, either!
The Heart-on bullet definitely had me off. While I'm *in love* with the design, it's poorly constructed and its performance was even poorer. I don't think I'd even recommend this as a beginner toy, and there are definitely better options out there.

Thank you for viewing Heart-on bullet – bullet discontinued review page!
Other gals here can probably give you more suggestions, but that's the one we've used the most.
@kela, The controller is maybe about 3 inches? I want to say the egg itself is about an inch and a half. I don't have it in front of me, though. So I'll be able to confirm once I've arrived at home.
