Handy Cutie!
For $6.99, how could this toy not be worth it? It's inexpensive while still being reliable, sturdy, and fairly powerful. This is a great toy for travel as well.

There's no reason not to get this since it's only $6.99. This was my first, and is still my only pocket rocket. I put off getting one for a long time, but finally decided to give it a shot just because of the budget friendly price. If you don't like it for sexual purposes you can still use it for sore muscles.
It comes in a clam shell style package. The pocket rocket and tips are all visible inside, so it's not necessarily discreet. The nice thing about it though, is that it doesn't look like a vibrator. It's small and kind of girlish, and even has a Reflexology chart on the back. You could easily pass it off as a body massager since it can definitely be used for that.
This little toy packs a surprising punch for only requiring one AA battery. It only has one speed which is pretty powerful, but also on the buzzy side. Since it's made of hard plastic, it's also not the quietest toy in the world. It could definitely be heard through a closed door in a quiet house. If you're in a situation where noise is a concern; shut your door and put on some loud music and you shouldn't have a problem.
The body of the toy has a cute leopard print pattern. The bottom twist cap has an arrow that you point to either on, off, or open. When taking the toy apart or putting it back together, line the arrow up with open. It also says "Mini Massager" in small print. The tip has three metal dots which are great for muscle massage without worrying about the attachments.
This does have an O ring which should make it waterproof. I have not taken mine into the shower with me because it's very easy to be turning it off and switch it all the way to open, ruining the toy. It's not that big of a risk considering that it's so inexpensive.
The four attachment tips are all hard plastic and fairly easy to change. Starting out, you may have to press them down kinda hard and work just a bit to pry them off. If you have a favorite, I don't see any reason why you couldn't just leave it on unless it got water in it or something. They're about as big around as a quarter.
The four tips consist of: a dome, a flower pattern of six raised bumps, two rings of long spikes, and four rings of short spikes.
I won't put the spiky ones anywhere near my tender bits, but if that's your thing then go for it. The dome and daisy pattern are the only ones I would use down south, but are also great for muscle massage. The long spikes tip is great for a scalp massage. This one is for external use only!
Since the massager is made of hard plastic, you can use whatever lube you want.
This is a great introductory toy into the pocket rocket world or even to the world of vibrators. It would make a great gift, considering that it's cheap and not intimidating or embarrassing in any way. If you're a more advanced toy user this may not do it for you, but it's still cute and would definitely make a good travel buddy.

Experience
This works great as a clitoral vibrator as well as a muscle and scalp massager. It can easily be used with another toy inserted. I'm more than happy with what I got for the price, just for the scalp massage alone.
Follow-up commentary

This is still loud, and still decently powerful. It may not be the best for me, but it's an awesome and inexpensive item that doesn't scream "sex toy." Plus, it is awesome for a stiff neck.
