In theory this is the perfect accessory - wearable, hands free stimulation. What more could a girl ask for? I was looking forward to hours of pleasure I would have with it, but theory is where the pleasure ended with the butterfly and me. It may be good for someone else, but I just found the plastic was too hard and it was difficult to get in the right position for clit stimulation. The issues were worse when adding a partner. We had to find just the right position (although the trials were fun) to make it not be in the way or painful. It is uncomfortable to say the least. It made lovemaking sessions less pleasurable and cumbersome.

The Venus Butterfly is relatively easy to clean. It maintains a great battery life as well. The butterfly is made from a hard plastic material. The leg straps are a bit awkward, confusing, and not very comfortable. You would think it would be easy to attach, but it is more complicated than it looks. Given the noise factor, I cannot imagine wearing it in public and it is a bit bulky to be worn under clothes. Although the butterfly isn't very loud, it does have a noticeable buzz. This product wouldn't stay in position walking around, etc. I have a very difficult time finding something possible about the butterfly.

I can see that the butterfly would be a good beginner vibe, for those that are not comfortable with self-exploring. That hands free quality does have it benefit. When everything is positioned just right, the vibrating butterfly does stimulate the clit. In those moments, there is a glimmer of its potential. That's when you feel both the internal and external clitoral stimulation that it was meant to obtain. I wish it was something I enjoyed using more, but it is just more trouble than it's worth to me.

Oh how I wanted the Venus Butterfly to remind me of its original purpose in this world. Unfortunately, after digging it out and trying to find pleasure in it, I was just left frustrated and physically uncomfortable. It's time for the butterfly to fly off to the unused toy graveyard.
