I love the butterfly on this! It is great for those that like all types of stimulation on their clit. The tip of the butterfly can give someone flickering on the clit if you don't put the vibe all the way in, it can give you pure pressure if you hold it close, and or as I like most, the two balls on the tip of the butterfly can hug your clit area. Also, if you put the toy all the way inside, you can get a hugging sensation from the butterfly itself. It makes for a truly different sensation on the clit as well as your vagina lips.

The main part of the Pearl Butterfly Vibrator is smooth up until the pearl part. It is still smooth where the pearls are, but you do feel the hardness of them through the toy liner. The pearls go down the vibe about two inchs and rotate in different speeds. I personally did find if you squeeze your vagina, the pearls can hurt a bit. It does not turn me away from the toy, but just a heads up.

This is a very easy toy to clean. There is really no area that I found to be in the way and or hard to get too. Also, the toy did not carry the plastic smell some toys can. I really enjoyed that! As for sound, when you turn it on, it sounds like it is going to be loud, but once it is in use, you can not really hear it. The pearls are inside you and the butterfly is against your body which makes the sound go down.
