You can use the bullet internally, or you can use it externally on the clitoris. I love using it both ways. This is one toy that is sure to tease, yet please. The only downfall for me when using this product is that it slips out easily when inserting it into the vagina. It does not stay inside for long. It fits inside comfortably though, and is smooth to the touch. The cord that attaches the bullet to the remote is short, so it does not get in the way.
