Great for teasing
Overall, I like this toy. It's a great tease for direct clitoris action, and also feels good when it's inserted. As a bonus, the settings work well for nipple play too. The cord connecting the bullet to the controls is just long enough that you can really move your hands around, all without getting tangled on itself. However, no one setting (other than the first three) stay constant for a long time, usually going through a cycle in about 5-10 seconds. I would have preferred this to be longer.

Pros
Powerful, plastic, sturdy, multiple speeds
Cons
One button controls, can only scroll forwards, multi-speed settings cycle through too quickly
Bullet vibrators are a dime a dozen these days, and unless it's just needed for a quick or a little added foreplay, they aren't my go-to toy anymore. However, when I saw the Fashion Fondler, I was intrigued. A waterproof, multi-speed bullet? Sign me up!
To start, the bullet itself has a firm, solid construction. The bullet itself is 2.5 inches long, and 1 inch in diameter. The wire connecting the bullet to the controller is about three feet long, so you have enough cord to play around without worrying about running out of room. The plastic is smooth (though there is a small ridge in the middle of the bullet where the two sections connect, but it's also quite smooth), and it doesn't really have a smell. The controls themselves are simple; there is an on/off button, and a button to control the vibrations/pulses. You can only scroll forward through the ten pulse settings, which is one of the flaws of this device. Pop in 2 AA batteries and you're ready to go!
Everything on this bullet is made of plastic, so a good wash with soap and water will clean it up for you. I used a silicone based lubricant with this, but you can also use oil and water based lubes.
When you turn it on, it automatically starts with a slow, constant vibration. There is no "on but no vibrating" function, something that I would have liked when I'm on the edge but not ready to go over yet. When you scroll up, it goes to medium vibration, then hard, indicated by green, yellow, and red lights. Then come the pulsing features, like constant pulsing and a vibe-pulse-vibe action. These are all in the medium to high vibe category, with the lights being yellow and red. The last three of the ten are build-up settings, starting at green (either as a vibration or a pulse) and moving up to red.
Since there was no stop feature for me, I used the slow vibration at the beginning of the set if I wanted to hold myself close. Straight, hard vibrations were great to draw out an orgasm. The other settings, however, I really just liked to tease myself with. Since you can't quickly scroll back to a setting you liked before, I found that trying to figure out which setting I wanted to go back to (pulse or build-up or straight vibration) took me out of the mood for a bit while I fiddled with the controls. The build-up ones are the worst (and by worst, I mean so much of a good tease); they can really get you going, but to me, they cycle through way too fast. I would get close to orgasm and it would switch back to the slow start, a pattern I constantly found myself in. This was great for a while, but then I would just want to finish, which meant that I'd have to scroll back through until I got to the straight hard vibration setting. Not necessarily a bad thing, just a minor annoyance for me.
I use this mostly for clitoral stimulation. It still feels good when inserted, but I find that I need another toy for my clitoris. So depending on how you like to play, this would also be a great supplementary toy if you like to insert a dildo, but find yourself needing a bit of an extra boost on your clit.
