The FingO mini massager (nubby) is not perfect, but it is a great way and highly portable way to heat things up in the bedroom with a lover for a reasonable price. The wavy (clear) one is the only type we have tried, but it is clearly my boyfriend's favorite toy so far. This toy could also easily be used for personal pleasure as well.

Both in terms of external and limited internal stimulation, the FingO nubby gives extra oomph to foreplay. We haven't really done much experimenting with using other toys simultaneously, as we just got this item fairly recently. The wave texture was a bit weird at first but that changes quickly. The texture is what helps provide inherent variation in the stimulation. The material feels very nice, as it is jelly-like but actually TPR Silicone, so it's higher quality and much safer than a jelly product. It's not too difficult to clean, which surprised me as I expected problems cleaning between the grooves--but there weren't any. The sleeve is very stretchy and flexible, and can even be turned inside out. This definitely makes it easier to remove the bullet or put the bullet in place. The finger loop is a bit thin, but it is very stretchy to fit many sizes of fingers and does keep the toy secured.

There is only one speed, which is a bit frustrating, but I suppose you could try to use a fancier bullet with the sleeve. The bullet that is included is fairly powerful (not a jackhammer, but still) and can be used without the sleeve. For instances in which a smaller area is to be navigated (the vagina in cases of vaginismus, other body orifices, etc,) the bullet alone can be extremely handy, so it's kind of like buying 2 toys for the price of one! I was kind of skeptical at first of the product, as I wondered how great of quality the plastic-cased bullet would be, but so far it has not been too bad.

We have not tested how waterproof the entire toy is, but I imagine that the sleeve would be entirely waterproof and the bullet at least somewhat water-resistant. I would advise against submerging the bullet, though, just in case.

My main complaint is the volume. It's not extremely loud, but the lack of multiple speeds means that the FingO nubby (or the bullet alone) is buzzing moderately all the time it is on. It is almost like the sound one's phone makes when "vibrate" is on at least medium-high. However, the buzzing is not high-pitched, so it could be passed off as an appliance in some cases. Of course, if you want something whisper-quiet, that's going to be more expensive.
