First of all, this is definitely one of those buzzy vibrators (high-pitched, very focused vibrations), so if you're more of a rumble-lover, don't consider this one. I'm a buzz-lover myself, so this was absolutely perfect. It's a very pretty vibrator and was able to tame my clit of steel pretty well! There were several times I was able to orgasm when it was only on a low setting, which I didn't think was possible.

A few things of note: The cover for the charging port is of a flexible rubber and not attached to the toy, so always keep an eye on it when charging the toy, as it's easy to lose. When charging, the bottom part of the Pocket Fairy near the charging port lights up in a blue color, which may potentially draw unwanted attention if you live with room/housemates or young children. The plug is the travel-friendly kind that can be tucked into itself, but the charging cord I got had a pretty tight plug that was difficult to pull out from the tucked position. Also, for me, the power cord didn't really "click" or sit fully inside the charging port; the blue light still went on, so I wasn't worried, but I found it strange that my cord didn't sit all the way inside the port.

I would give this a five-star rating if I could, but unfortunately it completely died two months after I bought it. I'm pretty disappointed, but will probably get a replacement nonetheless because it's really powerful and overall a great toy to have.

The body's made of plastic and the head is made of another material, which is, I believe, similar to the "velvet touch" type of plastic. The head is smooth and has an extremely light smell that should not hamper any pleasure. Depending on how sensitive you are, the side ridges on the head may add stimulation.

I love the small size of this toy! It's friendly toward small hands and is no less powerful for its size. The design is feminine and very cute, especially with the calligraphic "Fairy" text and the fairy image underneath the control switch. I also like how the head is flexible, just as with the Hitachi and other similar massagers.

The controls are very self-explanatory: Slide up the switch to turn on the Pocket Fairy on the low setting, slide it up to the top to activate the high setting. This is the smallest vibrator in the Fairy Massagers line and the only one that does not have a scroll wheel to control the speed. Many love to point out that the inclusion of a scroll wheel makes the Fairy massagers more versatile than the two-speed Hitachi; however, the Pocket Fairy mimics the Hitachi, so as a result, it misses out on this advantage.

Also, depending on your environment, this toy can be a bit noisy, so consider muffling the sound with a thick blanket, a fan, music, etc.

This toy is fairly easy to care for. For the most part, using spray cleaner or wipes on the head should be enough to keep it clean. The only tedious part is cleaning the side ridges. If you do each one individually, it may take some time.

Its small size also makes the Pocket Fairy very easy to store.
