Grape-itty Grape
This should be in everyone's toy box! It's small, powerful, and gets the job done. It can be used to stimulate just about every area of the body, though it isn't waterproof and isn't meant to be inserted. The only drawback to the design of the iVibe is the battery compartment twists off easily leaving the toy in two pieces.

Pros
POWERFUL, small, and discreet
Cons
battery compartment separates too easily
Everyone who swims around in the sea of sex toys hears about the Pocket Rocket by Doc Johnson. It's almost considered a "staple" of any discerning sex toy collection! I HAD to have one and explained this all to Sigel, who rolled his eyes and wisely nodded his head.
I love purple so I, naturally, chose the grape flavored one (it's just a gimmick; it's not really flavored or scented) and giggled at Sigel about the way it would match my other toys and not feel so out of place. I feel this is important, he feels I have lost my mind somewhere and would love me to find it.
The Pocket Rocket isn't an insertable toy; it's meant to be used as a stimulator. It has three metal balls on the top of the toy that vibrate faster and harder than some small jet engines, this thing MOVES! Seriously, all joking aside, this is a one speed stimulator that doesn't leave you asking where all the power went. Speed and power junkies will cheer, the rest will be wondering whether the feeling will ever return to their newly numb clitorises.
If you use it with the included plastic cap it's a bit more diffused but still powerful, the cap had little nubs on it that add a bit of sensation but require some care when cleaning. The Pocket Rocket is great to stimulate the outer labia, inner labia, perineum and anus (don't insert this!) and all over the breasts. A bit of lube (any type) will further diffuse the spine tingling power of the rocket and make it glide around the skin which feels amazing! We found that the rocket naked will cause some amount of painful stimulation to the frenulum; but, with the the cap on, Sigel was twitching and biting a pillow to keep from screaming from the pleasure. He liked it run the full length of his shaft, but said it was a bit much on the scrotum though it felt amazing just behind it. All I know it I had to hide the thing to keep it from ending up in his toy closet! I had to buy another one for him and will probably have to buy yet another one for Arch so that speaks volumes about it's ability to please!
This little baby is made of hard plastic with the only metal being the three little ball bearings on the top. This toy is phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, made of food-grade material, and latex free. Cleaning it takes a bit more time than most hard plastic toys just because you need to be sure all the lube and body fluids get cleaned off the ball bearings and that they get thoroughly dry. I worry about rust on them but I haven't seen any oxidation forming on either of the two rockets we own. The plastic lid should be cleaned with soap and warm water. I don't use a toy cleaner sprayed directly on the head of the rocket because I am worried about liquid seeping in under the ball bearings, I use a cotton ball or swab to dab the antibacterial cleaner on. Let it dry thoroughly before storing the toy without the battery (1 AA) to prevent corrosion both inside and outside the toy.
The toy is not waterproof and will come apart easily. This is the only downside to the pocket rocket. The toy is one speed and twists one way to start it and then a quarter twist the other way to turn it off, keep turning and the toy is in two pieces. It's a bit on the loud side but not horribly so, it can't be heard under covers through a closed door as anything more than a hum but you won't be able to sneak in some 'toy time' while your partner sleeps beside you.
One of the major advantages of the toy is it's size. It's roughly 4 inches long with a 3 inch circumference. There is a smaller version sold at EF, but I like this guy.
The Rocket can be used to relax tight, sore muscles but should never be used on unexplained calf pain as this could be DVT (deep vein thrombosis) and should the blood clot break free it could cause havoc with the heart, brain and lungs. Public service announcement over.

Follow-up commentary

This is the story of a toy that was so majorly hyped that I almost dismissed it as being too good to be true. This is too good to NOT be true and we have ended up buying them for friends and playmates not to mention the two we've bought for ourselves! I guess that would be a major thumbs up recommendation for the iVibe pocket rocket!
