The pleasurizer may have given my friend the best orgasms of her life, but it left me wanting. It's creepy looking and feels strange. However, given the amazing price, I would recommend that any beginner interested in g-spot stimulation should give this toy a shot. They may find the toy of their dreams for little more than 10 dollars. That is a dream come true!

Pros
Great for beginners, easy to use, a lot of toy for little cash
The original personal pleasurizer is a toy meant for simultaneous external and internal stimulation. It is shaped to hit the G-spot and has little fingerlets that tickle your clit when fully inserted. Designed for solo use, this pleasurizer will not be exciting to use as a couple. External stimulation will only work if keep this toy fully inserted at all times due to its limited length. If you are looking for a dildo to thrust, you will be disappointed as internal portion is too flexible. Overall, it will be the perfect toy for a person who wants gentle and constant G-spot stimulation with minimal exertion required. Lazy masturbators can insert the toy and essentially lay back and enjoy the ride.
Because of the design, the softness of the material and its vibrations, I believe that this toy is best for a beginner to g-spot stimulation or a person who can only handle mild sensations.
The Pleasurizer is made out of TPR (or Thermoplastic Rubber) which has a rating of 7 for safety. It is hypoallergenic, nontoxic and phthalate free. If you plan on sharing this toy you must use a condom because it is porous and cannot be fully sterilized. Silicone on the other hand, is nonporous. Initially, I thought the toy was a bit smelly but the smell disappeared after washing it. It feels soft and pliable and has no taste. I don't really understand why anyone would have the desire to taste it unless they are attempting to be ridiculously thorough in their review. The neck of the toy is very flexible. There are little ribbed nubs that provide a tickling sensation to your clitoris. The texture is not so intense that a beginner would feel violated because of the suppleness of the material.
My best friend gave me this toy and initially, I thought it was a joke. It looked alien and not very enticing. I was mystified by its flexible nature and gentle internal and external sensations. I'm concerned that it won't fit all anatomies, because if you want any external stimulation, the toy has to be inserted to the hilt. If your g-spot does not happen to be in the right location, simultaneous pleasure cannot occur.
The base of the toy is firm, non-flexible and easy to maneuver. The neck and head of the toy are the flexible portions. You could use the base of the toy to swish the neck/head from side to side to create swirly sensations inside. It is approximately 7.5 inches in length and the head is 1 inch in diameter. The external clitoral stimulation portion is 2 inches long.
The toy is small and easy to hide. I don't see why you couldn't travel with it. You don't have to worry about charging it out in the open because it uses 2 AAA batteries. One irritating aspect of storage -- you have to take the batteries out between each use, because the Pleasurizer will drain the batteries if you don't. I've already killed several batteries because I forgot to remove them.
This toy is for a lazy, laid back, tender masturbatory session. It is easy to use and you could just place it and leave it at the desired setting. There is one button to turn the toy on. It is on the bottom of the base and very easy to press and get to during your pleasure session.
There are only 3 settings: mild, medium and BAM! The last setting is way stronger than the 1st two but still not mind bogglingly so. For those of you who love pulsations, this toy is not for you as there are no pattern functions. The motor is in the base. The external stimulator gets the bulk of the vibrations and the g-spot has more gentle distant sensations. Again, if you need strong g-spot attention, this toy is too flexible and with much less vibratory strength than other g-spot stimulators.
The first two settings are not loud at all, maybe around 2 bees. But at the highest setting it is shockingly noisier at 4 bees.
Surprisingly, the intensity of the vibrations does not lessen underwater. The toy performs exactly the same.
Unfortunately you cannot boil porous TPR. Therefore, don't share it with a partner unless you place a condom over it. It can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap. It tends to collect dust easily, so I recommend cleaning it before and after use. An alternative would be placing it in a small bag for storage where dust could not collect. I keep it in a box with my other toys and minimal dust attacks it. You may use silicone or water-based lubes.
I don't remember exactly what the packaging looked like but I know that it was not discreet at all. It screamed SEX TOY! It wasn't good for storage so I threw it away. There were minimal to no instructions.
In all honestly, this toy freaked me out. I did not use it right away, but my friend was raving about the mind boggling orgasms she had with it. I became curious and decided a little test wouldn't hurt. I wasn't thrilled and it sat in a box for about a year. A couple weeks ago, I brought it out for another try, amazingly something in me purred and I had a great strong orgasm! Still, for some reason, I am not all that interested in using it again. It just feels too odd.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it7 months after original review
I've tried several different types of g-spot stimulation, and I just don't think it's my thing. I think I need to look in a new direction of pleasure. Maybe external stimulation is the only way for me.
