Good for one, but not both.
I was glad that this was free, because as a toy for clitoral stimulation, it failed the test. Good for insertion, not so much for clit.

Overall, I was not impressed by the rocket bullet. When I received it, I immediately pulled it out of its package to have a look at my newest vibrator. It was thicker than I’d imagined, but I was alright. Upon deciding to try it out in my bedroom, I found that it didn’t stimulate my clit at all. I tried all of the settings, all of the patterns, new batteries, everything. It vibrated, yes, but provided nothing more than an all over vaginal lips vibration.
When my girlfriend visited, I decided to give the toy another chance, thinking that perhaps it would work better as a partner toy. Neither she nor I felt any stimulation clitorally. However, when she inserted it into herself, and turned it on, it hit her g-spot perfectly. She was very pleased by this, and has since been gifted the rocket.
It is rather quiet, even on the highest setting, which means it can be silenced by a blanket or closed door. It never bothered my roommates when we used it, despite having very thin walls in our apartment. It has no noticeable smell, and we did bring it into the bathtub once or twice. It worked just fine underwater, still pleased her and gave me nothing.
As a girl who is not stimulated by penetration, I was very disappointed by this product. It is a wonderful g-spot vibrator, and should be bought for such usage. It’s not subtle looking at all, but this problem can be solved by putting it away in your dresser or desk when guests come to visit. The cord is very short, and doesn't provide much movement. For a girl looking for a quick g-spot vibrator, it is perfect, but not for the girl looking for a clit vibe. I am glad that it was free, at least.

Still not something I enjoy. The tip is far too wide to offer adequate clitoral stimulation, though is pleasurable on your G-spot. The multiple settings are nice, but it's slightly tedious to have to scroll through them to turn off the bullet.
