I've been looking for an insertable vibrator, preferably a rabbit style one, for awhile now. The Jack Rabbit was much too big for me and the cord made it awkward, and the Party Bender was the right size but the nubs were pokey and was much too bendy. But then came the Lia twin teaser and it was juuust right. Rabbit-style vibrators can really be hit or miss depending on your body, and the Lia was a definite hit. I'm no size queen, so the insertable shaft was the perfect size for me with a 1 1/4 inch diameter, making my dreams of insertion and dual stimulation come true.

The Lia Twin Teaser is made of both silicone and plastic, making it a really safe toy. The shaft, clitoral/anal arm and buttons are made of silicone, which ranks at a 10/10 on the safety scale. Silicone is great as it's long lasting, retains heat, non-porous and can be easily cleaned and disinfected. It's got a nice, softer texture with give to it, though it provides some drag when using it (which can easily be solved with some foreplay or water-based -NOT silicone- lube). The handle/battery compartment is made of plastic, and 8/10 on the safety scale, which is also non-porous and easy to clean. It has a super light scent if you hold it all the way to your nose, which is entirely not noticeable otherwise.

The Twin Teaser is 8 3/4" long, 4 1/2" of which are insertable. There is a series of 6 ripples on the top side of the shaft, the last of which curls up a bit for G-spot stimulation for the lucky among you who've discovered yours. There is a very slight curve on the underside of this vibe as well, making it slightly narrower in the center of the shaft. The vibrations begin in the tip of the shaft where the vibrating bullet is located and stay fairly concentrated in the first two ripples, not traveling too far down the shaft toward the arm. As I mentioned before, the shaft is on the narrower end of the spectrum with a diameter of 1 1/4" and a circumference of 3 3/4".

The ripples end in the other direction at the base of the clitoral arm (though flipped around could be used as an anal stimulator). The arm is pretty flexible and contains its own vibrating bullet, making up for the lack of shaft vibration. The arm is about as long as the first two knuckles on my index finger, and gradually taper from a wider base, where it connects to the vibe, to a pretty narrow point. I like that the arm is just an arm rather than something with a face - it feels slightly classier rather than kitschy (though that can be fun too). It was pleasant to find that the tapered end wasn't pokey at all, but this irresistible tease against my clit left me begging for more.

This vibe is not noisy (I gave it a 2 bees) and has pretty great vibrations. The handle is more than ample, at about 3" long, to hold onto for easy thrusting. The buttons are located on the top and bottom of the handle. The top button is the on/off switch and the one on the bottom controls the vibrations and patterns. When clicked off, the patterns restart to the beginning of the cycle.

There are 10 different patterns of vibrations:
-Low
-Medium
-High
-Pulses
-Short pulse/long pulse
-2 short pulses/long pulse
-5 escalating pulses, low to high
-Rapid escalating pulses, low to medium, two quick pulses, then rapid escalating pulses medium to high
-Rapid escalating pulses low to high, then high to low
-Escalating pulses low to high increasing in speed, then three quick pulses

While I was always intrigued by the idea of patterns, I've found I'm more of a constant vibration kind of girl, so I tend to just use the first three. The controls are convenient and easy to use, especially with the longish handle and the easy to press buttons (but not so easy that they accidentally turn off in the heat of the moment), and placed well so that you can change the levels with your index finger when inserted. There isn't a back and forth button though, so if you do accidentally change a level, you'll have to cycle through or turn it off and back on again.

Another perk is that it's waterproof and I have found it fun and easy to use standing in the shower. I didn't have any issues with it leaking or malfunctioning after a pretty great shower session.

Since this toy is made of silicone and plastic and is waterproof, cleaning is super easy. It can be cleaned with warm water and soap (typically my cleaning method of choice), with a toy cleaner (I've used the "free with order" Eden wipes and they've worked great) or the silicone party can be submerged into boiling water for a full disinfecting. It can also be thrown onto the top shelf of the dishwasher if you are so inclined. (Editor's note: Because this is an electronic toy, it should not be placed into a dishwasher.)

Since this is a silicone toy, only use water-based lube with it - silicone lube will ruin it and that would be super sad. Also, store it separately from other silicone toys to avoid melting issues - I store mine in a little drawstring bag I've made and it's worked great. This toy can be shared since silicone can be fully disinfected, but a condom would be helpful if sharing between that level of cleaning. It would also be safe for anal as long as the arm was kept outside of the body as a protector from being drawn all the way in.

The packaging is a clear, plastic box (the same as is shown on the main page for the Lia Twin Teaser). It's not discreet at all as you can see the full toy through the box with the name in large letters and a circle proclaiming "dual stimulation". I don't recall if there were instructions, but the toy is fairly straightforward and I didn't feel the need for any. The box could easily be used for gifting or storage if you didn't care about discreetness, though I prefer to keep mine in a little bag and tucked away in my toy box.

I really enjoy the Lia Twin Teaser. It's great for beginners or those who are a bit smaller in their girly bits. The texture was nice without being obnoxious and the vibrations were strong, especially on high. It could be a great tool for finding your G-spot since the tip is a little bit curved and the vibrations are highly concentrated there. I'm glad that I got this toy! It teases just right, especially with the tapered arm nestling right under my clitoral hood (and since I haven't had much luck finding my G-spot, I'm definitely a clit girl). I'd highly recommend it!
