This was my first vibrator, and I have to say, I was very impressed by it. Initially, the price makes you wonder about the quality of the product. However, my doubts about it were removed upon playing with it for the first time.

It came in a brown, discreet box with brown wrapping on the inside. It was factory safe sealed, and obviously brand new. I'm sort of a germophobe, so that always gives me peace of mind.

Upon putting a battery in it for the first time, I accidentally put in a battery that was almost on its way out, so the vibration was very weak. (Make sure the batteries you use are not from an old remote in the junk drawer!) However, even at that level, it was still enjoyable. Eventually, that battery went dead. I got smart and used rechargeable batteries the next time I used it, and holy cow! It may be small, but it definitely packs a punch. There is a dial at the bottom of the vibe that is very convenient to switch the level of vibration. This dial makes it very easy to alternate speeds if you like a pulsating effect. Sometimes when you are playing, the dial gets knocked accidentally and turns the vibe up or down. This can be a little frustrating if you like a stronger vibration and then get knocked down to a soft one by mistake. However, it is not really a big deal.

The vibe is tapered, which is nice if you like insertable vibes. However, the end of it that is tapered is a little sharp for my liking, so if you like playing anally with vibrators, I imagine you would have to be VERY careful with the pointy end. The point is good for direct stimulation of the clitoris, or if you want to have pinpoint precision for a massage.

This vibrator really doesn't make that much noise. It is louder than I expected, because it was stronger than I initially expected, but if you live with people and use it under a blanket, it won't be heard. Also, a fan or something else could be used to easily cover up the sound.

The outside of the vibe is very smooth material, and is a very easy to clean plastic. Just use a gentle soap and water and you're done! However, it is not waterproof, so you have to be careful not to get water in the barrel of the vibe.
