I got this item as a gift for placing an order. The toy itself is 9 inches and, by far, is the largest toy I own. This toy has only been used once, and I feel it's an alright toy for both clitoral stimulation and vaginal insertion, though I did not get off on the clitoral stimulation (I did not use it for insertion). Ultra Satisfier Slim is made of plastic; the first little bit of it is smoother and thicker than the rest of it. I use the top smooth part for clitoral play. The rest of the insertable part of the toy is textured plastic.

The toy is not waterproof, so taking it into the bathroom is a pretty big no-no if you want to continue to use it. Cleanup is fairly easy on it; you can use either toy cleaner or warm soapy water (just be sure to not get the battery compartment wet, DON'T DUNK IT). Any type of lube can be used on it.

I was very disappointed that the vibrator did not come in any box. It came in a little plastic bag that didn't completely cover the toy. No instructions were included, even though the toy is pretty self explanatory on how it works.

I was, however, happy that there were no smells or tastes to the toy. I've noticed that some toys have a certain smell to them, and some have a certain taste.

The quality of the toy is somewhat disappointing to me as well. I own a couple of other Doc Johnson toys and I feel they are of better quality. The point where the toy switches from smooth plastic to textured has a bit of a bump to it that might irritate the walls of your vagina. The second one I got (I placed two orders) is less noticeable in that certain spot, so I think maybe it depends on which one you get.

If you are planning on using this toy as a pure clitoral vibrator, and are not used to strong vibrations on your clitoris, I would advise not to put the toy on full blast because the vibrations will make your clitoris numb. The vibrator motor is located pretty close to the tip of the toy, and the vibrations do get pretty powerful.

I've been using this more often than some of my other toys and I've grown to kind of like the vibrations to this nine inch toy. Although I still think it's loud, it doesn't bother me as much because I only use it when others are not home.
