The Passionate G is a lovely, girthy, rumbly toy brought to us by Evolved. Its only downside is a pokey tip that feels like it might just push your G-spot out from the inside rather than pleasure it.

Pros
Girthy, rumbly vibrations, waterproof
Cons
Pokey tip, tip can hook pelvic bone, porous material
The Passionate G by Evolved is a girthy, rumbly, G-spot vibrator. It has a curved, pointy head that is supposed to stimulate the G-spot with ease. Its girth and curved shaft make it pretty easy to slide into just the right spot.
The rumbly vibrations feel amazing and are great internally or for external vaginal stimulation. Unfortunately, I found the pointed end just a little too pokey. More on that below.
This toy is best suited for many regardless of experience as long as they like girth. It would make a great companion to solo play or for warm up with a partner. If toys tend to hook onto your pelvic bone, stay away from this.
With its lack of flared base, big girth, and porous material I would not suggest this one for anal insertion. Of course, if you feel you want to go there, just make sure you know what you are doing and cover it up.
The Passionate G is made from TPR. Although the picture shown here at EF shows it to be rather shinny and almost see through, it is more opaque and has bubbles running through it. It is smooth and had no real smell or taste coming out of the box.
TPR is porous and if you intend of sharing this toy you should always cover it with a condom. It is Phthalates and latex free as well as hypo-allergenic. The TPR gives it a little flex but not enough that it can bend over on itself. It is not a complete lint magnet but I have found the odd cat hair stuck to it.
It does have quite a bit of drag and lube will help with this, but it is happy with either water or silicone based lube.
The G is a total length of 8.25 inches with an insertable length of 6.25. Got girth? This one does! At its widest point it is 6 inches in circumference.
It has a nice swirvy shape to it so that it slides in to the right area for G-spotting. The end comes to a pokey little tip for pinpoint stimulation. This tip could easily hook your pelvic bone so beware of that if you are thinking about this toy.
It is certainly not the most discreet of toys and I would not toss it in my bag for traveling. It is easily hidden in a drawer if you take it out of the box.
The G has 3 levels of deep, rumbly vibrations. They are activated by a push button on the base. Push it once for on at low, again for medium, once again for high, and hitting it again will bring you to off. There is no auto-off function but it also doesn't have many levels to cycle through.
The vibrations are located at the top of the toy. You can see where the bullet type motor is. They diffuse well throughout the toy and are just lovely. It is, however, not that loud at all and I could barely hear it under my duvet.
I found the high a little too high at first but once I got warmed up, the high was perfect to have me exploding in orgasmic bliss in no time.
It is operated by 2 AA batteries that are put into the base of the toy. There is a nice O ring at the threading of the cap that keeps the inside nice and dry whether I wash it, submerge it, or have at it in the shower.
After your fun, you will want to wash Passionate G in some warm water and soap or with your favorite toy cleaner. Let it air dry or give it a pat down with a lint free rag. Store it in its original container or in some sort of ziploc baggie.
I always adore Evolved packaging and this was no exception. It came in a black, tin box with little metal clasps to keep it closed. The toy is nestled in some foam to keep it from jumping around during shipping. It has some brief information about the toy like that it is 3 speed, waterproof, and Phthalates free.
I love this container and I am tempted to use it as a pen case for my desk. I will wait for the toy to die first.
The rumbly vibrations of the G incredible and intense. I love them. What I didn't love was the pointy tip poking at my insides. I found spinning it around helped with this. Using it upside down keeps the point from poking at me and making me uncomfortable. The point is good, however, for direct clit stimulation. At least it is good for something.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it2 months after original review
Although the pokey end is still there, when I spin it the other way (so the curve hits my G-spot) I am a happy girl. I really don't notice the pokey side when I have it reversed because the rumbly vibrations combined with the curve keep me so distracted. If you can handle the girth, it is a good one to add to the cart.
