Frustrating and Lackluster
This is one of the most subjective toys on the market - it works great for some, and does absolutely nothing for others. Ultimately it's just about anatomy and preferences, but definitely do your research first.

Pros
Innovative design, Interesting toy
Cons
Very light sensations, Hard to clean
I had very high hopes for this toy. Despite any bad reviews I read, I wanted so hard to believe that it could work as advertised. Unfortunately, I just found it boring and kind of annoying. The tongues are made of silicone and it's surrounded by a plastic encasing, which holds the controls and batteries. Cleaning it involves taking the wheel out and washing with soap and cold water. Because the toy is silicone it's important to only use water based lubricants.
The first few times I used it, I was convinced I just needed to find a groove with it. But months later, it stays at the bottom of my box, basically unused. It provides a light flicking sensation, but when you press down harder to get more, it stalls out until you take the pressure off. Every time I use it, I need a ton of lubricant because it basically acts like a handheld fan. It's impossible to use this toy with any internal vibrator that isn't completely inserted into the vagina because the wheel of the toy is so big it would run into any other toy you're using. I might have liked it better if I could use it along with another toy, but it just isn't possible, and I got beyond frustrated trying to make it work.
A lot of people love this toy, so I can't tell anyone not to buy it - but be weary that it might not work for you. If you like a lot of strong vibrations, or dual function toys, the Sqweel probably isn't for you. But if you love light sensations and only use external toys, this could be your new favorite. I'd advise anyone looking to buy it to spend a lot of time reading reviews and see what works for you.

Follow-up commentary
6 months after original review
The Sqweel has mostly stayed in storage, which says alot about my feelings on it. Ultimately, it's just not for me and seems more like a novelty than anything else. The part of me that likes to try new things is glad to have bought it, but I definitely wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to someone looking for a sure thing.
