For the price, a great addition to the Magic Wand. But use a toy cover!
I rate this toy at 4 stars, simply because if fails at its intended purpose as a G-spot stimulator, but excels at clitoral stimulation. Just make sure to use a toy cover to protect yourself from the very harmful PVC.

...but not great at hitting the g-spot as intended
During my review of the Calex Waterproof Jack Rabbit I spoke of the dangers of phthalates, a chemical found in many inexpensive toys that is a known carcinogen. Well, the miracle massager g-spot attachment (also by our friends at Cal Ex) is made of PVC, a similarly dangerous carcinogen that shouldn't be placed into your body. That being said, with a toy cover or condom, you can use this attachment to your heart's (or your other love muscle's) desire!
I purchased this item for my wife to use with the Hitachi Magic Wand because I read in reviews on other websites that this attachment would fit on said device. While Edenfantasys specifically states that "This sleeve will not fit the Hitachi Magic Wand or similar models", I respectfully disagree. Quite the contrary, this does fit on the Magic Wand, but I recommend using a few drops of lube to help the process because it is a tight fit and the PVC, while very pliable and flexible, does not stretch hardly at all. I feel as though the very tight fit on the head of the device actually helps to transfer more of the vibrations to the attachment so they are not lost as many complain about with these type of attachments.
Speaking of the transfer of vibrations, I have 2 items of note from our experience with this attachment:
1) With respect to the toy's g-spotting ability: The neck of the toy that is actually supposed to hit and transfer vibrations to the g-spot it too flexible, and I feel as though the material dampens the vibrations so much that as a g-spot stimulator this falls very short. Also, because of the geometry of the toy, while the massager it pointed in a way that will make the head hit the g-spot, the clitoral stimulator is just pointing out into space away from the body. Big fail.
2) As a clitoral vibrator: This device rocks! I think that the the little pad with nubs all over it almost concentrates the vibrations of the already over-powered Magic Wand. My wife likes a little oomph behind her clitoral stimulation and can normally take the magic wand on high directly on her clitoris. With this attachment, if we ignore the g-spot and just place the vibrator as to make contact between the nubby pad and the clit, it is like fireworks. The stimulation is so great that she cannot take it directly. While it is being used in this way, even though the actual shaft of the attachment is not making much g-spot contact (if any), the 3" long and roughly 1" diameter shaft still apparently provides a small amount of fullness to help things along.
Because of its shape, I could see this being used to stimulate the prostate, but because of the PVC, there is no way to sanitize the attachment so I would strongly recommend that you reconsider this for anal play - unless you place a condom over it, that is.
