Fantastic Fun For Fellas Too
This has become my favorite vibrating wand. It works perfectly well for what I need it to do. It is powerful and sturdy, yet lightweight and sleek. The packaging is great and fun, while still being tasteful. The only downside I can think of is that there are no programmable settings, and only the one pulse option. This might be a problem if you know you really need that in a vibrator.

I use vibrators in a couple of ways. First, I like to hold them against non-vibrating toys, such as an anal plug or prostate stimulator, to make vibrations travel through the toy. Second, I like to use vibration to directly stimulate the penis. I found the Mood Fantastic 'fantastic' for both these purposes. This toy is fairly lightweight for its power level, allowing me to comfortably hold it over my or my partner's penis without my arm growing tired. It is also much smaller and less unwieldy than the Hitachi, making it easy to maneuver and hold in place against an inserted toy. The vibrations are strong, and even at the lowest setting, were strong enough to be felt through anally inserted silicone toys.
For the power this packs, I found it to be surprisingly quiet. At the lowest setting I do not think you would be able to hear this toy through a sturdy wall. Even at the middle and higher vibrations, a desktop fan seemed to almost completely drown out the noise. I don't think I'll be using the small silver button that provides pulses of stronger vibrations. You have to hold down this button to keep the pulses going, and this can be a bit tiring. I would much rather just crank up the intensity using the dial. If you are close to orgasm, and just need a bit of a 'rev' to push you over, quickly pressing the silver button might be just enough, but I don't think it would be comfortable to hold down for a longer period of time. Other than the button that provides the pulses, and the adjustable intensity wheel for the vibration, this toy doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles. There are no programmable or pre-selectable functions to choose from. I don't need these, but be aware of this if you are someone that likes a variety of different pulsing settings.
I love the packaging and design for this toy. They toy itself if very modern and sleek. The head bends nicely and the handle is light. There is a tab on the side that can be pulled out to reveal the power supply. The little tab stays on the toy when you pull it off the power supply hole, meaning you won't lose it. I do find that I have to fiddle with it a bit to get it to go back over the hole entirely flush. The Mood Fantastic can be cleaned with a lightly damp cloth and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. It is not waterproof, so care must be taken when cleaning it to not get it too wet. There are a number of ridges in the head that you will need to make sure are well cleaned, a small q-tip comes in handy if you want to do a thorough cleaning. The Mood Fantastic is made from plastic, so it should be compatible with any lubricant.
The box for this toy, and the whole Mood line of products, are some of my favorites. The packaging is very tasteful and fun. No pornographic images on the box at all. On the back there is a list of features, materials, cleaning methods, and compatible lubricants. All are displayed using colorful dots. I would not call it exactly discreet, as you can see the product in the packaging. It is labeled as a "body wand" on the box, but I think plenty of people will recognize that it is a sex toy. The packaging would allow for this to be an attractive gift for someone you would give this type of toy to. The only downside is that I really wouldn't use this box for storage. It is just too flimsy of cardboard and plastic to keep it in the box long term.

I love the look of this wand but I'm disappointed to find out you have to hold down a button for different pulsations! Thanks for your review.
