Fabulously Naughty Training Tool
Worth buying if you love oral sex, or want to love oral sex more, or want to try coming in ways you never have, or you want a toy but you're not interested in the same ol' same ol' vibration thing.

Pros
Customizable! Silicone! Rechargeable!
Cons
Expensive, hard to figure out, you're gonna forget the charger on your way to your lover's house.
I received a SaSi for free -- my job has some great perks -- so my delight with the toy isn't tempered by having spent too much money on it. With my student budget, it wouldn't be a wise buy, but if I was really ballin', I would definitely have bought it myself.

The SaSi is shaped sort of like a computer mouse with a nice curve that's designed to cup the vulva. The part that makes contact with your body is covered with a smooth silicone skin, and there's a hard plastic ball about the size of a Milk Dud underneath the skin. I always place it with the "SaSi" logo up and the controls down, so that if I was lying down and someone was looking at me, the toy would look upside down. Maybe this is cause I'm right handed, but I find the controls easier to hit this way.
Holding down the center button turns the toy on, and a green light comes on. Hit the center button once and that Milk Dud starts moving around in delightful ways. With plenty of lube, this can start to feel exactly like a tongue. If you let it go, it'll repeat a pattern for a while (I believe it's something like 30 seconds) and then move on to the next. These five (or so?) "favorite" functions are actually based on the favorites chosen by the ladies who tested the toy.
If you love the stimulation you're getting, hit the center button ("Don't Stop!") and the SaSi will continue that function indefinitely. If you're over it, hit the left or right arrow buttons to change it up. The up and down arrows change the speed of the ball's movements. You can also hold down the up arrow to start the toy vibrating; a simple tap of the center button pauses the toy (the light will remain on); or hold down the button again to turn it off.
Here's the TiVo part. Use SaSi on "learn mode" -- when that green light comes on, hit the right arrow button to make the red light come on instead, and then hit the center button -- and it'll cycle through way more than the pre-programmed favorite functions. Again, tell it to keep going or to move on based on what you like and it'll remember which modes you say yes and no to. After you use "learn mode" a lot, "favorites mode" becomes YOUR favorites. Cool!

As others have mentioned, the SaSi probably won't deliver quick and dirty orgasms to anyone who doesn't regularly come quickly from oral sex. Friends of mine have called it sensual, playful, fun, erotic -- and boring, annoying, and nowhere near orgasm status. I disagree; SaSi can definitely get me off. However, I'm not the biggest fan of vibration, especially strong vibration -- unlike those friends, who regularly play with vibes much stronger than I could ever handle. So, to those who like the idea of toys but don't like vibration, this one's definitely a cool alternative.
Since I've only orgasmed a handful of times from oral in my life, I see SaSi as a seriously naughty training tool. It is such a cool way to get used to tons of different sensations -- and if you like vibration, it can do that, too. You can have a partner use it on you if their jaw isn't up to the gargantuan task of giving oral for hours at a time -- and then they can do other fun things to you, too! Finally, you can use it to seriously tease and torture a partner who *almost* comes from this kind of stimulation, but not quite.
Using it has definitely made it easier to relax into the sensations of receiving oral. It's too early to say that it's heavily impacted my orgasm rate, but I'll update this if it does.

Experience
Hmm, how do I put this delicately? Fans of certain ... herbal remedies ... may really, really like the sensation of the SaSi while in a relaxed state. Just sayin'. Try it.
