Extreme? Pure Gold? Sweet Curve?
At five inches, this could be your go-to toy for a quick and easy vibrating orgasm. If the battery cover hadn't been so difficult to remove, it might have all turned out better. When it worked, the curve spread the vibrations over a larger area, which was almost soothing, and it was a distinguishing point for this toy among my others. If you are patient enough to work the battery cover off, this toy could be an amazing addition to your collection.

To start off, it's plastic. What that means to me is "this can break." I wanted to give it a try anyway, though, because I was looking for a gift for a friend who's inexperienced with sex toys; this looked harmless and easy to use (as opposed to a huge, intimidating, realistic jelly dong which was my first idea for her). Sleek plastic, smooth curve, pointy nub on the end for spot pleasuring - it looked and sounded like a good choice.
My first instinct about the plastic was correct: the bottom battery casing didn't come off initially no matter how hard I pulled or twisted or tugged at the tiny lip. With a little more force it DID come off, but it didn't ever go back on the right way. I could push the button to turn it on and nothing would happen until I held it differently and then the thing would start right up and startle me. This made it very difficult to use because the consistency of vibration was just not there.
When I figured out the way to hold it, and I got it turned on, I tested it around my clit, straight on it, and inside my vagina to get my g-spot. The vibrations didn't do as much for my g-spot as they did directly on my clit, even though I twisted and moved the toy around inside to hit different angles. (With the length of the toy, this is BARELY long enough to safely be a penetration toy so be careful if you try this or stick it in a condom for extra reassurance. I had to hold this by the back / bottom of it, and I had about an inch and a half of finger room with which to grip. It allowed me to move it enough but I can't vouch for any other methods of holding it or penetrating with it.) It might have been the curve part that dissipated the vibrations too much. The pointier part didn't focus the vibrating like it looks like it might, which meant that didn't work on my g-spot either, nor did it do a lot directly on my clit.
What worked the best was the curve placed right on my clit - that was a good level of vibration and a good amount of area covered by the toy. The problem was that the toy kept turning off because of the battery cover issue. I did manage to get off but it wasn't the spectacularly easy O I was looking to find.
I opted to not get this as a gift for my friend because I just can't trust the battery case cover - if it broke on mine, it might break on hers. I have a Mega Mite pocket vibrator that works wonders for such a small device. The Extreme Pure Gold Sweet Curve didn't perform as solidly as the smaller Mega Mite but the experience of the curve on my clit was softer and, were the device to have worked continually, could have been used for days when I wanted a softly-generated O.
As a hygienic note, I didn't like the lack of seal around the battery area. Being plastic means that you can use oil- or water-based lubes but I'd hate for those to leak inside.
The noise level on this is fairly low. I could turn it on and it wouldn't be heard in the next room or through a door, so it's pretty discreet. The motor part seems to be in the curved head part, since that's the part where it gets the warmest when you leave it on. It's small enough to be travel-friendly and the product information says it is waterproof, so technically you could use it in a bath or shower so long as the o-ring was still intact in the battery casing. While there is no flared end, it is long enough that you could safely use it as a g-spot vibrator but I would not recommend it as an anal toy because the shaft is a straight, smooth piece.

Experience
I tried this as an actual massager on my husband's muscles. It did work well enough to loosen some of the tension in his neck, and he said it felt very nice on his feet, so we have another use for this toy which will enable us to modify it with tape to keep the battery pack closed and not have to worry about disinfecting or ruining it with liquid.
