Excellent icebreaker, not so excellent toy.
Despite some pretty major limitations, this toy is excellent as a novelty since it's discreet enough to be worn in public and intense enough to make an excellent tease. This toy is an excellent toy for people who want to introduce their partner(s) to vibrator play.

Pros
Novel remote makes it an excellent tease toy, extremely discreet.
Cons
Vibrations aren't that strong, breaks easily, eats through batteries, limited use.
iTap bullet by California Exotic Novelties
The iTap has a lot to offer for its price. It’s extremely quiet, it has decent vibration intensity, and it has 5 different vibration/oscillation settings to choose from. That being said, it still has a lot of problems.
For one thing, the toy is not waterproof, so it’s good for external use only and it’s difficult to clean. It’s also painted ABS plastic. The metallic paint, though very pretty, will scratch and flake off over time and it will probably be flaking off onto your skin. Also, since it’s difficult to clean this toy, it is not safe for sharing with non-fluid bonded partners. The toy is also difficult to hold in place during play since it’s small enough to require decent grip and smooth enough to make use really difficult once things get slippery. It is possible to use this toy inside the vagina if you put a condom over it, but the sensation isn’t impressive for the amount of hassle involved in keeping it in the condom. This toy should NEVER be used anally. The wire was not built strong enough to pull the bullet back out after play and (as with insertive play in the vagina) the sensations likely won’t be worth the hassle anyway.
The craftsmanship is also not the best. There’s a significant seam in the middle of the bullet that I could feel very easily during play and the wire began to act like it was shorting out after one use.
Even with its limitations, this toy is a lot of fun. We started experimenting with it and found out that if you wear it inside of your underwear it’s completely silent and the remote looks like an mp3 player inside one’s pockets. While it’s not going to be as exciting as the [club vibe | https://www.edenfantasys.com/vibrators/strap-on-vibrators/club-vibe] (which can respond to ambient sound), this toy is a blast at dance parties.
Since it can be wor, it’s also a lot of fun as an icebreaker at sex parties because you can easily hand the remote to other people at a party. You could add even more suspense by using a blindfold so you can’t tell who has the remote. The remote doesn’t actually switch to another pattern until after the tapping finger has moved off the pad, so it’s possible to set the iTap on pause without cluing in your partner. Even though the vibrations aren’t that strong, occasionally withholding them ramps up the intensity pretty quickly especially since the wearer often can’t tell when the remote holder is going to switch settings. In this way one could easily play a game where the wearer has to complete a task (say, reciting the alphabet backwards or singing the star-spangled banner) while the person with the remote makes them vibrate intermittently. Extra points if the remote-holder has a good poker face. In this way it’s possible to play many games like this with lots of people in one party without having to break out condoms and discuss STI status. It goes without saying that the iTap is a great flirting tool.
In addition to being great for sex parties, the iTap is also an excellent choice for couples who are unsure about using sex toys since the toy can easily be introduced as a tease to get into the bedroom instead of a toy to use instead of your partner in the bedroom.
Even tough there are some issues with the iTap it’s still a lot of fun so long as you are aware of its limitations.

I have a hard time believing that any toy is useless, it's just that some have more limitations than others. I mean, even the renowned hitachi magic wand has limitations.
