The Couture Collection is California Exotic's attempt at better, more body safe toys. When I first saw the Ecstasy, I was excited to try it. The Ecstasy is a rabbit style vibrator, and fortunately does the clit stimulator is not an animal or has a creepy smiley face anywhere on it, plus it is pure silicone too! Most rabbit vibrators I have encountered look silly and are made from cheap materials.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Ecstasy vibrator was short lived. After a couple of uses the vibe will not stay turned on unless it is held upside down. The Ecstasy also has seven different vibration patterns, but now I can only get through two before it shuts off. Before I had troubles with this vibe, I was quite satisfied with it. The silicone is nice and firm but a little flexible. There is no smell to it and is very smooth. There are small ridges to this vibe, but they are very subtle. The diameter is perfect for insertion, it is not a struggle to insert and feels comfortable. The controls are easy to use. Press the power button to turn on and the blue LED lights light up. Press the arrow button to cycle through the three different rotation speed. Press the squiggly line button to cycle through the seven vibrations. I like how the LED lights will light up differently depending on which vibrations setting you are on. Aside from the steady vibrations, my favorite setting is the fifth one, which slowly builds up to a stronger vibration then stops for a second and starts over again, it is such a tease. I like that there is a separate power button to instantly shut off the vibe instead of having to cycle through settings to shut it off. This function is really helpful if you get a surprise visit from someone or are interrupted. Not enough vibrators have this feature.

Since the Ecstasy is made from silicone, so only water based lubes may be used. Warm water and soap are acceptable to use in cleaning this vibe, or using your favorite toy cleaner. Ecstasy uses three AAA batteries. The battery case is a little tricky to figure out how to use. Ecstasy is waterproof, but because of the battery case, I would be a little cautious about using it in water. I could see how water could get into the battery compartment and cause problems.
