The Dream Massager G is intended as a G-spot vibrator, but personally, I've found that it is best suited as a clitoral vibrator. The 'wave' appearance is visually appealing, but the added girth in the center incorporated with the hardness of it is more painful than anything. But if you're a smaller build, as I am, I would either suggest something smaller or something with more give to it.
