When I saw this initially, I thought wow, This would be a great toy! It'd do three things at once, and I'm all about getting the most out of my toys. It's supposed to stimulate the G-spot, clit, and anus all at once, but as I found out, it really doesn't. Using this by yourself is probably going to yield the best results, although a partner could use it before or after sex. If you like a vibrator with good decently strong vibrations, this would be on that list.

This is made from very soft squishy TPR. It feels exquisite inside and on the most sensitive parts of your body. With lube, it is very slippery and hard to grasp. Unlike the last TPR item from Cal Exotics, this had absolutely no smell to it. The seams on the shaft of the sleeve are visible to the naked eye, and while I could feel where the seams meet with my fingertip, I couldn't feel anything when I inserted it. Because this is a nice texture for a toy, any user will benefit from it, especially people new to TPR.

When I saw this on the site, I knew I had to try it because it looked like the perfect toy- a triple threat. It has a heart shaped nub for anal stimulation on one side, a 3 inch long shaft in the middle and little finger-like stimulators in a heart shape for the clit on the other side. In theory, this design should work well for triple stimulation. In reality, it doesn't hold up at all. The "wings" or base that have the stimulators are simply not long enough to reach what they're supposed to. If they had made it just about an inch longer on each side, I'm sure it could have reached the intended targets. Personally I think it's just too small to do the job it's supposed to do. However, penetration with the insertable shaft led to orgasm, which was surprising to me since I usually need something longer and thicker. The good part is that the TPR is a removable sleeve on top of a small wand vibrator, so if you like, you can use the vibe by itself without the sleeve. I even think this would be a perfect item to introduce someone into the world of sex toys. It's not too intimidating with it's small size of only 4 inches high, and a curved base of 4 inches.

I haven't had a chance to go anywhere with it yet, but I think it'd fit perfectly in a purse or make-up bag, but just make sure to keep prying eyes where they shouldn't be. While it is a relatively small item, it's clear from the design what it's purpose is for.

The Pearl Dreams Pleaser has a two speed vibrator, high and low. It only requires one triple A battery. I was quite amazed that the vibrations were so strong for such a small vibrator. I have a few larger vibrators that don't quite pack the punch this one does. It's pretty quiet for the strength of the vibrations. While on, I cannot hear it through the door. The control is a push button at the bottom, and my only complaint is that I naturally put my fingers on the end while I'm using it internally. If you touch the button while it is in use, it will stop momentarily until you ease up on the pressure. This can lead to some frustration when you're on the brink of an orgasm and it stops. In addition, the vibrations do not carry well through to the "wings" at all. I've had a few toys from Cal Exotics that carry the vibrations throughout the toy very well, and this one disappointed me.

The item is waterproof, and I tested it by placing it under running water for several minutes, and the seals held up really well, and the button is well protected.

Since the sleeve is made from TPR, it means you cannot sterilize it, and because of the areas it comes into contact with, you cannot really use condoms on it. To me, sharing would be out of the question. As far as lubes go, water based or silicone will work. Make sure to stay away from oil based lubes as these can degrade your toy. Also, watch how much lube you use with it, because it can become very slippery and hard to handle if you're not careful with the lube. Washing it is simple. You can use toy cleaner or antibacterial soap on it. It does need to be air dried since it tends to pick up fuzz and lint easily. Storage is easy, I put it in a small fabric storage sack, and then into my toy box. I haven't really had TPR items come into contact with each other, but I try keeping them away since one of my TPR items is an anal item.

The toy came in a traditional easy to open clamshell packaging with the item fully visible and features written on the insert along with a nice picture of pearls. It didn't implicitly state how to use it, but it was alluded to. There was a sheet of instructions for installing batteries, but honestly, it was pretty self explanatory how to insert the battery. I would personally not use the packaging as a storage box, nor do I think you could give it as a gift without wrapping it first.
