If I was ever stranded on a desert island with just one toy and a solar battery charger this is the toy I'd choose because I'd never get bored with it. It can be used alone, with other toys, with a partner, and just about anywhere you want. If you like strong vibrations and a variety of settings then you'll love this bullet. Granted it might be too strong for some but for me, it's perfect.

Pros
Strong, versatile, waterproof
Cons
Might be too strong for some, seam running around toy makes it harder to clean.
Ah, my dear bullet how could someone use you? Let me count the ways. Does your favorite dildo need some extra oomph? Do you need something quick and easy to slip under the covers to help you fall asleep? Are you looking for some extra fun in the tub? Were you planning to tease and please your partner? This bullet has you covered no matter what you're planning. Anyone, anywhere, who wants some nice heavy vibrations would be able to use this bullet with seven different settings. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced toy user this bullet has a setting for you.
Granted this bullet has some pretty strong vibrations, so if you're sensitive it might be a bit much for you. But since the vibration is so strong it can be used, for example, through clothing or on the labia and around sensitive spots instead of directly on them.
This bullet has an over 2 1/2 foot long cord so there's plenty of reach and lots of possibilities. Your partner can control the settings while you control the bullet. You can slip the bullet in your panties while the power pack is in your pocket. You can rest the power pack on the edge of the tub while using the bullet in the water. Since this bullet is attached to a cord I wouldn't recommend inserting it since you might pull the cord out when trying to remove it. But you can use it almost anywhere else you want on you or your partner's body.
This bullet is made from PU coated plastic, which is phthalate and latex free and rates as a 7 on Eden's safety scale. The bullet itself is smooth with a slightly velvety texture that creates a small amount of drag on your skin. So a little bit of water or silicone based lube would probably feel good if you want but it's not necessary. The bullet has no discernible taste or smell.
If you use this bullet in the tub the drag does get a little bit stronger when it's wet. Once again probably not enough to cause trouble but if you want to throw some silicone lube on it and have fun.
This bullet is 2" long and around 3" in circumference. It's attached to a 31" cord. There's small silicone plugs where the cord enters the bullet and where it enters the power pack itself. The cord seems pretty tight on both ends, both the bullet and the power pack seem pretty sturdy. However there is a rather thick seam running around the circumference of the bullet which while not noticeable during use does require some extra attention when cleaning it.
The Power Play uses 3 AAA batteries which are not included. They fit into a casing that slides out of the base of the power pack and then you push the battery holder back in until it clicks. Personally I've had some trouble making mine stay in at times but I haven't read about anyone else having that problem. So it might be a design flaw on the one I bought. It doesn't effect it's usefulness so I don't worry about it. But I do wonder if after a while the plastic catch holding the battery pack will wear out. If so I'll probably just tape it on and keep using this awesome bullet.
The power pack for this bullet is about as wide and thick as any other remote control but shorter. It fits in the hand quite well and has curved sides which make it easier to hold. Also, because it has a similar coating as the bullet there's enough drag that it tends to stay where you put it. The buttons are small but easy to find with your fingers or thumb. They take some pressure to push and have a clicking feel to them when you press them. So you're unlikely to change the speed or turn the toy off accidentally but at the same time you might have to concentrate a bit to change the speed while you're using it.
This toy is relatively small so it'll fit almost anywhere you want to store it. However it's quite obviously a bullet so you probably don't want to leave it out on the nightstand. Also, there's no way to lock it on or off so you'll want to take the batteries out if you pack it in your luggage to prevent loud surprises or dead batteries while traveling.

The whole bullet vibrates which can make your fingers numb after a bit and the vibrations are stronger at the tip. Since there's a 2 1/2 foot cord, there's plenty of flexibility but the cord can get in the way too if you're not careful with it.
The controls for the bullet are located on a small power pack. There's one button that turns the vibrations on and off, and another button that cycles through the different settings. There is no memory so each time you turn it on it starts right at the first setting.
Because this toy uses AAA batteries I was originally afraid it would either be weak or eat batteries. But it's definitely not weak and so far it doesn't seem to be a battery hog. I'm only on the second set of batteries I've used with it but the only AAA's I had around the house were cheap dollar store ones so I'm sure some decent batteries would've lasted even longer.
This toy can be a little loud because it's so strong but a closed door or some music is more than enough to drown it out. Also, of course, since it's hard plastic it will get loud if it rattles against anything else like a dildo or a desktop while it's turned on.
Since it's waterproof you can use this bullet in the tub if you want. I'm not sure the cord is long enough to use it in the shower since the control panel is splash-proof rather than actually waterproof. If you're nervous about using it in the tub due to wet hands and splashing the buttons are stiff enough that you can put the controller in a plastic baggie and press them through that. The vibrations are strong enough that water doesn't diffuse them but the texture of the toy is a bit draggier in the water.
This toy is made of plastic so soap and water cleanup or toy cleaner will work fine. Since the bullet is waterproof it's easy to just immerse it in soapy water if you want. The control box is splash-proof, so feel free to use toy wipes or a damp washcloth to clean it off if it needs it.
There is a rather large seam running around the equator of the toy so you have to make sure to clean it out when you clean the toy. I tend to just make sure to run my thumbnail around the toy in the seam while I'm washing it but you could also use a q-tip or a toothbrush.
When it's not hiding on my nightstand this toy spends it's time wrapped in a towel in my toy drawer. It's easy to store and when I get around to making a pouch for it I'll probably just hang it from the headboard for when I want to play with it.
This bullet comes in a plastic blister package with a cardboard insert. The packaging is not very discreet, since it lists right on the front all the wonderful qualities of the bullet. Also batteries are Not included, so make sure you have 3 AAA batteries laying around!
There are no instructions, but the product is pretty easy to figure out with the information on the package and the well labeled buttons and battery compartment on the toy itself.
This is the first bullet vibrator I've ever bought and it has become the most used toy in my collection. My favorite thing to do is to pair it with my Don Wand glass dildo and enjoy the mind-blowing orgasms. It is pretty strong though, so I personally need to take a short break from the bullet between orgasms because it leaves my clit too sensitive. That's fine though because I enjoy the power this bullet puts out. I'd rather have a too strong vibrator than a too weak one because I could always muffle some of the vibrations from this bullet if I wanted. But there's no way to make a toy's vibrations stronger.
Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore4 months after original review
While this is still a very happy bullet, and I'm pleased with it in general, the sliding door at the base that holds the batteries no longer stays latched. I'm not sure if I managed to break it, or if it just wore out, but I had to tape it and it's still kind of finicky. So, this toy doesn't get as much use as it used to because dealing with the base is a pain in the neck.
