Dial an awesome shower!
You have to love a TPR Silicone mix toy that is priced reasonably. This is a great toy because the material warms up easily, has a reasonably strong vibration unit as well as being waterproof. The vibrator could be slightly stronger and the end of the vibrator could be shaped or curved more to accommodate girls with a G-Spot that is more difficult to reach. All in all though the Dial-A-Dream #3 is a great toy and we will keep it easily accessible in our toy box!

Pros
Great material and texture! Gotta love a waterproof silicone vibe for a great price!
Cons
Could be a stronger and a bit more curved to hit the G-Spot better
After looking at what toys we had at hand we thought, "what are we missing?". What gap do we have in our toy collection that needs to be filled. We thought for a while and came up with a G-Spot toy that you could use in the shower or bath. Something waterproof that wasn't just your basic vibrator, something with a safe material and something with variable speeds that was affordable. We came up with the Dial-A-Dream #3 we saw the reasonable price and we decided to order it on the spot.
The Dial-A-Dream #3 comes in a plastic see through package. On the package there is a description of the toy and of course some information from the manufacturer Doc Johnson telling you about the product and its materials in several languages. Inside the box the toy is situated in another piece of molded plastic arranged in such away as to keep the toy in the window of the packaging showing its size and texture. If you are looking for a toy that comes in a discrete package this is not the package for you. I do have to say though that somebody put some time into its design and it is pretty cool looking.
The Dial-A-Dream #3 is 8 inches long with an insertable length of 7 inches. It has a circumference of 4 1/4 inches with a diameter of 1 1/2 inches and a weight of 6.5 ounces. It really is a nice toy in the fact that it is not a toy that is too big to hide easily and on the other side of things it is not too small to have any fun with. The toy is made of a TPR Silicone which is my favorite material for a vibe. The TPR is a basic plastic blend which is used for the base portion of the toy housing the controls and the Silicone is used for the 7 inches of the insertable length. The TPR-Silicone is slightly porous and because of that should either not be shared or used with a condom. The TPR-Silicone should be used with a condom if being shared. The TPR-Silicone material has a safety rating of 6/10. The toy can be easily cleaned by using a basic mild toy cleaner or a warm water and mild antibiotic soap and water mix. It is recommended that the toy be cleaned before and after each use due to its materials. The toy also features a Swirled/Veined texture that ads a sort of realistic feel to the toy. I personally like a toy that has some sort of texture due to the fact that toys with no texture don't let you feel anything other than the vibration coming from the toy. The toy also operates on two triple A batteries. I am not a huge fan of toys that take triple A's just for the fact that the batteries tend to die after little use. I would have been happier with this toy if it had been rechargeable.
The toy has a variable speed control. This means that there really isn't different speed settings. The Dial-A-Dream #3 increases and decreases its speed by turning the waterproof dial located at the base of the toy. The higher you turn the dial the higher the vibration. I would say its a medium intensity vibe and if anything It could only use just a bit more in the power department.
Now the shape of the toy unfortunately is where the toy seems to be lacking. The end of the toy is slightly curved for G-Spot stimulation. For me unfortunately it wasn't curved enough. I don't know if its that my G-Spot is not the easiest to get to or that the toy just isn't the right shape for my body but I really had difficulty using it as a G-Spot toy. The shape and material however is great otherwise. The Silicone heats up perfectly to match your body and as I had said earlier the shape and texture just feels great.
All in all I have to say I like this toy quite a bit. If I was to pick on the toy a bit, I would have liked to have had the G-Spot portion slightly more curved and the vibration to be stronger. I will say in comparison to my other waterproof toy, my Thrusting Jackrabbit, it is easier to store easier to maintain and much easier to hide, but it simply does not entertain me like my Jackrabbit does. However when I need a quick, quiet, and discrete toy to play with in the shower, this toy is the way to go.

Experience
So far the only experiences I have had with this toy have been by myself in the shower. Having three kids really cuts down on your playtime. I find that a late night shower is really a great time to break out a nice quiet toy for when my husband is working late or out on a business trip. I have a toy with me and he has a toy with him and we see how many times we can go at it trying to out do each other. Nothing is better than a toy that's quiet enough to hear the kids cry and and yet waterproof so you can play with it in the tub!
Follow-up commentary
20 days after original review
Well after having the Dial-A-Dream #3 for a while I can say I still like it. I do have to say that I still dont like the things that I didnt like about it before. As before it still is alot of fun in the shower which is one of the times I can really get a chance to play with my toys. I do have to say in the last little bit it has cut down the usage on my Waterproof Thrusting Jackrabbit. I find the Dial A Dream #3 a good replacement for the Jackrabbit because it is less noisy and much easier to sneak around with me. I still wish the toy had a more intense vibration setting but over all I do still like the toy. I still like it and I would still recommend it!

Thank you for viewing Dial-a-dream #3 – g-spot vibrator discontinued review page!
I'm sorry but this isn't correct. TPR does have a rating of 7, and TPR Silicone has a rating of 6, but Silicone by itself has a rating of 10. It is not porous at all. You can refer to this page [https://www.edenfantasys.com/info/sexuality-articles/] for all materials. Also when you are looking at a product's main page, you can click on the material and it will bring you straight to that material's info page.
Here is what I was looking at

Are you sure I was wrong?
No I wouldn't say its loud. I would say its more of a rattle. Its more of a sound like a light version of what your cell phone would make on vibrate. Nothing loud or annoying.
Thanks for reading my review!
Nice review.
Honestly I like that material because its a great material and safety grade for the price especially with this specific toy. You find yourself paying much more for medical grade/food grade Silicone in other vibes. But I really do love Silicone in any form. If price wasnt as much of an issue I would go with the better medical/food grade Silicone. But for my wallet ...
