The silicone was not plushy, but was very velvety to the touch, and had only a little drag to it.

The vibrations of this toy were on the low side. When turning it on, you place the batteries inside of the screw on compartment at the base, and when closing make sure that you feel a 'snap', otherwise this toy will not turn on. The vibrations are more humming then buzzy, but the vibrations were too weak for my tastes. Overall this is an easy to use toy.

When cleaning this toy, remember that it cannot be boiled or put through the dishwasher because of its mechanical parts. You can clean this toy by wiping it down with a toy wipe or toy cleaner, washing it in warm soapy water, or applying a 10% bleach, 90% water solution. Always remember to rinse your toy after applying bleach, making sure none of the solution is left behind to irritate or burn sensitive areas. Because this toy is waterproof, it can be rinsed off without worry of tampering with the mechanics inside. Be sure to check that the battery compartment is safely and tightly closed before attempting to place under the faucet or shower.

Whenever you are finished with this toy, the batteries should be removed to prevent corrosion. Always make sure that when cleaning you get into the ridges of the toy, as bacteria can hide there. To achieve this, use a soft bristled brush or a cloth, going around every crevice and scrubbing away any residue. Always make sure that the o-ring is in place when cleaning or playing in the shower. The packaging is not discreet, but it is good for storage of the toy if you don't mind the hassle of opening the box. The box can be recycled if you don't want it though.
