Crap-tacular!
I wouldn't really recommend this toy. It's difficult to keep clean, loud, and made of inferior materials. I threw mine out.

Pros
Not too big, wide clitoral attachment, rotating beads, AA batteries (not included).
Cons
Not actually waterproof, difficult to keep clean, chemical odor, attracts lint, not very quiet.
This was my first "rabbit style" vibrator. There were certainly things I liked about it, but the things I disliked far outweighed them. I like this style of vibrator, I liked the rotating beads... while they lasted. I found the butterfly clitoral attachment slightly less creepy than a rabbit, or a beaver, or dolphin or what have you. I liked the squishiness of the TPE material, and the clitoral stimulator felt really good. I'd only had a hard plastic cheap-o vibrator before. This one was far more comfortable.
The not so good things about this toy were that the motor for the rotating beads burned out fairly quickly, it has a faint but unpleasant chemical odor, it's pretty loud, and despite the company's claim, it is NOT waterproof... or even really water resistant. Also the speed/intensity control buttons are placed in such a way that I found myself accidentally hitting them fairly regularly.
In more detail, the rotating beads feel amazing, but if you bear down in the heat of the moment, they stop. Do this too many times and you'll burn out the motor as I did.
The clitoral attachment isn't too loud, but the motor on the beads is loud enough to be heard definitely through the covers even when it's inside you. Likely through a closed door if it's not inside you.
This toy is not waterproof. It got water in it just from washing it in the sink. there's a rubber o-ring around where the battery cover screws on, and I have no doubt that it's water-tight. Unfortunately, the TPE that covers the thing just stops where the shaft meets the part with the controls and has no seal. Water can get in around that bottom part. DO NOT submerge this toy.
Another slight drawback about this toy which I didn't mention before, is that the TPE is slightly sticky and attracts dust and pet hair like no one's business. You'll definitely want to wash it both before and after each use. TPE can not be sterilized, so I wouldn't think that this would be a great toy for sharing. You'd want to cover it with a condom if you did, but you'd have a hard time covering the whole thing. As far as cleaning, regular toy cleaner can and likely should be used, as well as warm water and antibacterial soap.
Be careful to wash with soap and water after using the toy cleaner, or you could end up with some irritation from the chemicals in it.
The total length of this toy is 9" with an insertable length of 4 1/2" and it has a 1 1/2" diameter. It's not real big, so it's good if you like a smaller toy or maybe if this is your first vibrator It is both phthalates free and latex free.

Experience
Strangely one day it turned itself on in my drawer. I was looking all over the house wondering what the source of the noise was... it sounded familiar, but I just couldn't place it. Yes folks, my vibrator was possessed.
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
It started to rust and smell funny from water getting in it when I cleaned it. I threw it out. It's a great idea, but rather poorly executed.
