While the Shiny G doesn't work well for my g-spot, it was decent at clitoral orgasms. I enjoyed using it for an extended period of time to tease my way to orgasms since the small end had trouble staying on my also small clit. I did not like the loud noise or the chipping paint though!

Pros
Solid construction, strong vibrations, length makes reaching easy
Cons
Paint chips off and cock ring starts to tear after first use, too slender/pokey, loud
For Shaki toys, I am actually somewhat impressed. I have had bad experience with their products. This is probably the best constructed one I have encountered. It has a strong, solid design, steady vibrations, and a slender body. The Shiny G is supposed to be a g-spotter. I'd have to say that I don't think it is a very good one, at least for me. It is a bit too slender and pokey. It, however, is a pretty good clitoral vibrator and works nicely for reaching the outer anus and vaginal opening during masturbation. I wish the end was not so pointy or small, though. For me, it was sometimes frustrating to use because my clit is small. Women with larger ones should not have the same plight. It also comes with a basic cock ring.
The Shiny G is made of a smooth plastic in either pink or purple. It really is very shiny, but not for too long. I'll get to that problem...
The plastic is safe for those with allergies because it is free of latex and phthalates. It is coated in something that does not hold up to washing. Because of this, you might want to use a condom with this toy even though the plastic is non-porous. It cannot be sterilized so this is a good idea for sharing anyways. Good news is that it has no smell or stickiness.
The cock ring is probably made of jelly or perhaps TPR or TPE. The package (nor Eden) states what material this is. It doesn't have much of a smell and is very stretchy. The material is a bit sticky and has a lotof drag, though. Be sure to trim pubic hairs if you want to reduce the chance that they will catch on this.
The Shiny G vibrator has a long, slender body with a slightly curved end that meets at a point. While this is not ideal for the majority of g-spots, it does provide a good design for other forms of stimulation. It is just over 7 inches in length and has an insertable length of about 6 1/4". The curve at the end takes up about 1 1/4" of the length. It is very slender at only 2 1/4" in circumfrence which is about 3/4" in diameter. This is not going to feel like much of anything when inserted. The end is also quite pointy which might be uncomfortable or painful for some depending on how far you want to insert it or how much pressure your g-spot requires to be stimulated. The last inch of the toy is the battery cap and power control. It screws off so two AAA batteries can be inserted. There is then a dial at the very end. It has some ridges to help with turing, but it can be tricky because it is so small.
The cock ring might vary is color and design, but I'll describe mine. It is pink in color and 3/4" tall. It can stretch to about 3" in diameter, so it should fit most, if not all men. Comfort will be variable, however. One three sides of the cock ring (I know, I know. Circles don't have sides, shhhh!) are bumps that stick out. They really serve little to no purpose. According to the package, it is the "key to all clitoral orgasms". WHAT?!! Perhaps something was lost in translation. I'm thinking that maybe someone thought that if you add this to the base of the toy, it will reach the clit when inserted. Wrong-amundo. It does add a base though. This mightmake it safer for deeper anal penetration. I am only recommending inserting the curve without it.
Due to the fairly obvious design, this toy isn't very discreet.
This vibrator is really easy to use. The dial allows for the vibration level to be catered a bit. Usually, I was able to notice about four different speeds. They range from average to what I would consider high. If you can get the pointy tip to make contact with your clit for long enough, it should be powerful enough to satisfy most women. The lowest speed was powerful enough to arouse me, but not finish me. I needed the middle range to finish. The vibrations are strongest in the top half of the toy. The toy is very noisy on all levels, though. This toy is not waterproof, so don't bring it around the tub or shower.
Inserted, it was too thin to work as a penetrating toy, but it did feel good. I just could not cum from it, g-spot or otherwise. I did enjoy peaking the tip in vaginally and then lowering the toy to rim the anus. The long body made this easy on my wrist. A guy can easily use one hand to stroke his penis and use his other hand with the toy to tease his balls, outer anal area, or base of his shaft. It also feels good on nipples.
The cock ring was nothing special. It worked to make my guy harder and larger. It was comfortable enough, but it is apparent that this ring will probably not last very long. After one use, it has started to tear and shows a lot of stress signs.
Cleaning the Shiny G has proven to ruin its luster. After one wash with a toy spray, water, and a bit of soap, took quite a bit of the shiny paint off. This revealed a non-shiny pink plastic underneath. Because of this, I won't be inserting this toy anymore. It will be for external use only. It's not good enough to be wasting condoms on. It can be used with any kind of lubricant. It can also be stored with other toys or in its package. The ring is a bit different. It can be washed the same way, but it cannot be stored with other toys of similar materials. It should be stored in a cool place in its original package or a plastic bag.
The packaging is typical of this type of toy and quality. It comes in a clear plastic, snap to close case. There is a picture of a half naked, bare chested chick on the front and back who is, of course, NOT holding the toy. It provides very strange information about cock rings and their secret ability to cause clitoral orgasms. It makes this feel like more of a gag gift. It works fine for storage though.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it3 months after original review
The Shiny G was a toy that quickly made it to the trash bin. When there is a free toy, I always try to grab it with each order so I can share the Eden love with my friends, but this was a toy that I wasn't thrilled to pass on to them. I don't recommend it over other toys in the same price range either. There are better toys out there.
