This is a cute, multi-functioning vibrating dildo; that aims to please the clit, and vagina at the same time. This dual motor dildo has many levels of vibrations to choose from, the shaft also rotates; in a circular motion for an extra sensation.

The double your pleasure caterpillars can be used by beginners, to the advanced users. Beginners will like the lite vibrations, why the advanced users may like the ability to change the directions of the rotating shaft.

This toy can be used for solo play, or with couples' play. Though this toy is geared towards the women, the men can also use this toy on their partner. Have your partner use the remote control; to give you unexpected pleasant changes in your vibrations speeds.

If you use the dildo upside down, it could be inserted in the butt, the toy is big enough where it should not get sucked all the way in.

I think the best feature on this toy, is the ability for a partner to control the vibrations, and rotations for unexpected surprises.

The Ripples is made with TPE material, which rates a 6 on the Eden safety chart. The material is latex free, phthalates free, and hypo-allergenic. This toy can not be sterilized; so I do not recommend sharing your toy. The material feels smooth to the touch, and somewhat soft. It is not as soft, as Pure Skin by any means.

If you enjoy a lot of texture in your toys, you may like this caterpillar toy. The shaft is ribbed, for added pleasure. There are little nubs on the shaft, underneath the caterpillars head. There is also antennas, on both caterpillars; which are aimed to tease. The texture adds a lot to this toy, if you are not one who likes texture, this will not be a good toy for you.


There is a very faint smell to the toy, and can only be noticed when the toy is right under the nose, and there is no taste to the caterpillars.

The material will drag along the skin , so I recommend using a lube. I prefer a material that is a little softer, and plushy feeling.

I really like the design of this toy, it is different and unique; which drew my attention to the toy when I saw it on Eden. The shape is that of 2 caterpillars, one stimulates the clit, while the other will fill you up. The caterpillar shaft; is made to stimulate the vagina walls, with its bumps and rippled body.

The Ripples is a big toy, he stands at 9 3/4 inches tall, with an insertable length of 5 inches. The circumference is 5 1/4 inches, with a diameter of 1 5/8 inches. This toy is a whopping 1 pound, so your arm will tire from using this one. Being this big of a toy, it is not travel friendly, nor is he discreet looking.

The shape, and size of this toy would be more for the advanced users, or anyone that likes a larger toy.

Functions- wow where do I start with this one? The package states there is 108 functions, I really could not tell you if that is the correct number, as there is just too many ways to change the levels of vibrations, and rotations, that I would not even consider trying to count them all. I personally think 108 functions is a bit much too choose from.

The packaging lists that there are 6 rotation speeds, 6 vibrations speeds, and 3 levels each; for pulsating pleasure.

The clit stimulator is not very loud when used by itself, and even on high the vibrations are not that strong. The antennas vibrate when not in contact with your skin, but when applied to the clit with any amount of pressure, they stop vibrating; and I could not feel them move.

The shaft part of this toy when in use, is very loud. This can be heard through a door, so I would recommend a radio, or tv to be on; with the volume turned up. The rotation in the shaft is really good. I like that you can change directions at a push of a button. The movement of the shaft can be felt the whole length of the shaft. I could not feel the antennas on the main shaft part of this toy move while it was being used.

The controls are at the base of the toy, being that there are dual motors in this dildo; there are dual controls as well. One will control the clit stimulator, while the other controls the rotating shaft. The controls on the base are push button, and not hard to use. The hardest part; is choosing which setting is best for you. I also noticed that the toy can be turned on by just bumping the controls, so I do recommend taking the batteries out when not in use, or you may have dead batteries then next time you go to use him.

The toy also comes with a wireless remote control, this is great for when your partner wants to help with the toy playing. Your partner can control, change speeds, or rotation levels at a push of a button. The remote control is easy too use, and will work up to about 20 feet away. The remote will not work through walls, or a door. The eye of the remote needs to be in sight with the toy in order for it too work.

The toy is not waterproof, so I do not suggest submerging this toy in the tub, or taking him in the shower. As you do not want to ruin your critter friends.

It takes a lot of batteries to run this toy, the vibrator takes 4 AA batteries, and the remote control takes 2 AAA batteries, so you may want to stock pile batteries, as this guy likes to eat them.

To clean your critter friends, just use warm water, and anti-bacterial soap. If you have an adult toy cleaner, that can be used as well. Take the time to get around all the bumps, and nubs to make sure the toy is really cleaned well. You can not boil this toy, or put him in the dishwasher.

Storing this toy is not so easy, he needs a lot of room. Also remove the batteries; so that the toy does not turn on by accident. I would recommend either putting the toy in a plastic bag, or using the package it arrives in.

The toy will pick up some lint/hair, so I recommend a cleaning before and after using the toy. It is not as bad at attracting lint as other material, but keeping it in a bag will keep him clean.

The material will drag along the skin so I would recommend either a water-based lube, or a silicone lube.

The Ripples arrives in a plastic clam shell. The toy is able to be seen, which makes the packaging not discreet. There is little information listed on the packaging about the toy. There were no instructions on how to use this toy, nor for the remote control.

You can use the clam shell for storing your Ripples, but it is big, and bulky, and will take up space. The packaging is not really nice for a gift, but could be used if you wanted. It is pretty plain, and not discreet at all.

This could be a good toy, if you like rabbit style toys, a lot of texture, dual motors; with a lot of settings to choose from. If you like strong vibrations from your toys, this one will not suit you. The vibrations are on the weaker side for my taste.

When I opened my Ripples of love, I groped the toy, feeling all of its texture; from the nubs, to the antennas, to the rippled shaft. I played with the settings, and giggled at the rotating caterpillar. I was thinking this is going to be good. Well I was wrong, this toy does have its perks for me , but over all it just does not have enough kick for my personal preference. I inserted the shaft, and enjoyed the rotations, especially on high. My hubby changed the directions, back and forth which was an added pleasant surprise.

The clit stimulator was a total let down for me, the vibrations are weak, and the antennas could not be felt move at all. That does not mean it will not work well for everyone, the caterpillar may set fine for clit stimulation for you.

There are too many choices to choose from on this toy, which makes it more of a hassle, than a pleasure to find a favorite level of vibration, and rotation. My hubby enjoyed using the remote control, he is a gadget freak. I feel for me the toy is best used for a warm up, then to move on to stronger vibration toys.

As much as I like the rotations , I will be looking for a new toy that offers me more.
