Call me!
The Boditalk Escort vibe is a really fun bullet vibrator that works in conjunction with sending or receiving a cell phone signal within a 3 meter range. While this feature is really fun, it also doubles as a pretty average multispeed bullet when you don't want to use it with your phone. However, if you're just looking for a toy to use as a bullet, there are far cheaper versions that work just as well - you're really paying for the novelty on this one.

Pros
Range better than advertised, phone function, multispeed, very powerful
Cons
feels cheap, not waterproof, poor battery life
The Boditalk Escort by OhMiBod comes in a flat square shaped box showing the toy and explaining some of its best features. Inside you will find a plastic tray with the vibrator and a super cute plush embroidered storage pouch. There is also an instruction manual that features the instructions on the toy in several different languages.
The toy itself is a little on the flimsy side. The plastic is pretty thin on the control and the bullet. The bullet itself is 2-1/4" long, 1" across, and made of translucent hot pink velvet finish plastic. The cord is 28" long which is a little short for partner play in my book, but it might work for some. The control pack is white plastic with a belt clip on the back, and is 3-1/2" long. The battery compartment is on the back and slides open to hold 2 AAA batteries. Mind you, this compartment is not waterproof. The side of the control pack has a switch with 3 letters: O for off, C for cell mode, and P for personal. The front has a pink flowery design in the middle and two silver buttons, the top one larger than the bottom.
When using the toy in personal mode, it functions like any other toy. You press the large button to turn the bullet on and cycle through the patterns and the small button to turn it off. This toy has several patterns:
1. low vibrations - very, very low
2. medium vibrations
3. high vibrations - easily twice as powerful as the medium setting
4. short quick pulsations
5. short pulses that escalate
6. slow escalation from low to medium vibrations followed by 2 quick high pulses
Now onto the interesting part - the cell phone mode. This works pretty simply, but I've noticed a few things that the book doesn't point out. When your cell phone rings or receives a text within 3 meters of the toy set to this function, it will begin to vibrate. If it's a phone call, it will vibrate until you end the call. If it's a text however, it seems to confuse the toy a bit and it will just continue to vibrate until you turn it off. You can also use the large button to change speeds while it is in the mode.
Through lots of experimenting, I've found that this toy won't go on in cell mode if you have your bluetooth headset connected. Also, the toy will start to vibrate about 3 seconds before you see or hear the call on your phone so until you get used to that, it can startle you. I've also found that if I send a text, the toy will turn on. So be sure to keep it in off mode if you don't want it constantly turning itself on and killing the batteries.
And while we're on the topic of batteries, this eats through them faster than any other toy I own. I don't know if it's because of the cell feature or what but they die quickly in this one. And once they begin to weaken, there is a noticeable difference in vibration strength. The range in which it picks up signal on cell mode will also start to weaken as the batteries die, to the point that when it's just about dead, the phone will need to be within about 3-4 feet to work.
As long as the batteries are in good shape though, the toy is plenty powerful. It's one of the strongest bullets I own, although the first two speeds of vibration are kind of disappointing. The sound level on this one registers fairly low, even on high speeds. If you need near-silence and don't mind lower speeds, the two low speeds will be great. But even on high it's not much louder than a cell phone vibration.
This toy is small enough to hide and store in its pink pouch almost anywhere. It's small enough for travel or someone with limited storage space. It can be used with any lube you like and is easy to clean with toy cleaner or wipes, just be very careful with the non-waterproof controller. It's a lot of fun for those who will use it for it's cell phone function but for those just looking for a bullet, there are other, fairly equal yet less expensive options out there. Also, it's great for partner sex, can be controlled by a partner, and obviously you would need someone to call you for the cell function to be useful. It would be ok for singles as well, but again, there are less expensive bullets for solo play only. Since it's super easy to use, any level of toy user should be fine with this one.

Experience
When it comes down to actually using the bullet, in whichever mode you choose, it functions pretty standard. It is small enough to use as a clitoral vibe during partner sex, and long enough to hold easily during masturbation. It's a little narrow, and in my opinion, not really worthwhile as an insertable bullet but if that's your thing, the cord is very well connected so if you choose to insert it, it should be safe. Like any bullet, it can also be used on the nipples, scrotum, or anywhere else you like but it is NOT an anal toy. It is however small and narrow enough to wear under clothing - especially with the handy belt clip - without being too uncomfortable or obvious, but you might not want to do so in public because it could still be heard in quiet surroundings. It also could slide around a bit but my solution to that is to wear panties that have the interior cotton lining panel and slide it between that and the other fabric.
Overall, it's a really fun toy. The cell function is great but I don't find myself using it that often. It's a wonderfully powerful guaranteed orgasm bullet for me, but there are a lot of other bullets that can do the same thing that are a lot less money. Once the novelty of the cell phone function wore off for me, it's really just a very expensive bullet vibrator that quite frankly, I expected to be of higher quality.

Follow-up commentary

I love this toy in concept, and I love the way it works. Problem is, I don't find myself using it because I have other bullets, and I don't often find myself in a situation to use a phone signal based vibrator. It's a great toy, but logically, not really practical.
