C'est superbe!
The Superbe is indeed superb. It's elegant, effective, and economical. The vibrations aren't too strong even on high, which is good for me but might be bad for others.

Pros
Nice shape, color
Cons
Mine sounds like something is loose.
The Superbe won points right off the bat for packaging: it comes in a cute little plastic box that slides open and can be kept for storage since I didn't have to destroy it to get it open in the first place (I'm not gentle with packaging). The kicker: it comes with two AA batteries included! The thoughtfulness warms my heart.
The vibrator itself is shaped like a curved wedge. It's this lovely yellow-green color. Vibration speeds are controlled by a slider on the front face. The position all the way to the left is off, and the position all the way to the right is the lowest setting. The speed increases as you move the switch leftwards. The vibrations themselves aren't too strong, even on the highest speed, which was good for me, since I tend to go numb easily. However, this should be kept in mind if you need really strong vibrations to get off.
Anyway, the Superbe is exactly my, er, speed. It cups the entire vulva really nicely, with the main points of contact on the clit and right on the vaginal opening. The low setting was a nice warm-up, and I only needed the middle setting to come. I tried the Superbe both on my back and grinding up against it while it was propped up on a pillow, and the results were orgasmic each time.
I have two bones to pick with this vibe: the first is that it would be nice if it had pulsation patterns. I think it would be an absolutely perfect toy if it did. This is a minor issue, obviously, since the Superbe is only $20 and is fabulous in so many other respects. Second, mine is actually pretty loud. It sound like something is loose. If I put pressure on both ends of the Superbe it vibrates quietly like it's supposed to, but if I hold it by the sides it rattles. I'm going to put this down to an issue with my unit, since everyone else says theirs is almost silent. So, all in all, very minor quibbles.
As with all hard plastic toys, cleanup is easy: soap, water, wipes, toy cleaner. This toy is NOT waterproof, however, so don't submerge it. This is also not a penetrative toy, so if you need penetration to come, look elsewhere or be prepared to use it conjunction with another toy.
I'm giving the Superbe four stars despite the fact that mine rattles. I just throw on some music (currently playing: Tarkan!) to cover the sound. My verdict: elegant, effective, and economical (and nicely alliterative).

Experience
I really feel like I could have been persuaded to part with more money for this toy, based on its look and performance. It's really nice to see that Natural Contours has put effort into designing a high-end looking toy at a low-end price. Based on my experience with this toy, I'm really looking forward to trying other Natural Contours products.

Thank you for viewing Superbe – clitoral vibrator discontinued review page!
It really is discreet: I bet you could pass it off as a "massager" no problem. As for the noise, I really think it's just mine, like the foam padding in the battery compartment isn't in exactly the right place or something. No one else seems to have had noise issues.
