Butterfly flop!
What a disappointment! I wouldn't recommend this toy even if it were free! It's cheaply made and offers little to no pleasure.

Pros
no harsh smells
Cons
It is poorly designed, made of cheap materials and over all, didn't work!
The Venus butterfly made by Cal Exotics is a flop as far as clit vibes go! Don't get me wrong, the vibrations are amazing, but the unit is NOT hands-free and lacks so many things in so many areas! I was so looking forward to a great experience because I love the strap-on clit vibes and have had several amazing one's in the past, but I would not recommend this to any one!
The Venus Butterfly is a strap-on clit vibe made for a hands-free experience (well it's supposed to be hands-free) & has a spin dial controller that has a cord. Unfortunately, it's not hands-free, as I said earlier. The bullet is located in the torso of the butterfly and is surprisingly strong for it's size. The leg straps are a joke made of cheap elastic and broke almost immediately. I was surprised because I am an average sized woman, so I figured the fit shouldn't be too hard to get right, but I was wrong! After fighting to get the straps on a few minutes into it, I felt like my legs were going to fall off from lack of blood flow and even then, the unit wouldn't stay flat on my clitoris, so it offered little stimulation. After just a few minutes of sucking it up to get the entire experience, the butterfly tore where it was attached to the elastic strap. Then there is the nose of the butterfly, it's essentially useless and can be uncomfortable depending on the position you are in at the time of use.
On a positive note, the vibrations are strong and pleasurable, but only when applied manually and really, what is the point of having a "hands-free" stimulator if you have to use your hands? I was also not a fan of the controller unit that's made out of thin plastic and broke in just a short time. Cleaning the butterfly isn't too hard to do, just spray it with toy cleaner and wipe it down, but honestly, mine didn't make it past one or two uses before it ended up in the garbage can.
