This isn't actually a sex toy but a sex toy accessory. It can be fitted onto traditional vibrators, and the flared base allows you to use your traditional vibrator anally. The toy is silicone which means that it's non-porous and will stand up well over time. I had always read that silicone shouldn't be stored with silicone, so I'm really not sure if it's ok to use with a silicone based vibrator. The toy is chose to use was plastic and so wasn't an issue for me. Silcione doesn't have an odor and because this toy isn't used internal with thrusting but sole use is external, drag shouldn't really be an issue. Water based lube is totally fine.

The vibrator enhancers come in 3 different sizes that are mean to cover the spectrum of vibrator sizes. While between the 3 sizes, most vibrator sizes will be covered, some size queens may find that they're larger vibrators don't really quite fit in the largest ring.
