This vibrator is great for clitoral, nipple, and even ball stimulation. It can be great for men and women. This handheld vibrator is made completely out of plastic. I could not smell anything while using it, so you will not have a problem in that area. It tastes just like plastic and felt of hard plastic, just the usual. It comes with one extra head (but you can buy more, I did) that has little pokey spikes I guess you could say.
