Big bulky bullet

All in all, this would have been a nice little bullet toy. It isn't too powerful and is fairly quiet. The main downside is that the silver paint scratches and flakes off easily.

Use

The Rocket Bullet is another basic battery powered bullet vibrator. It has seven vibration speeds/pulses and is made from a hard plastic with your choice of silver or gold paint. The bullet itself is larger and features a ribbed texture for insertion. This toy is not water proof, and if you do plan on using it for insertion, please remember to stick it in a condom to prolong the life of your toy.

The Rocket Bullet is very easy to use and perfect for beginners or those wanting to explore texture. As far as bullets go, this one is on the quiet end of the spectrum for vibrating toys. It is easy to clean and only needs two AA batteries to run. The Rocket Bullet isn't the most powerful bullet on the market, but it still packs a good bit of punch for something running on batteries. It can be used to stimulate the clitoris, nipples, vagina, and anus along with any other erogenous zones you or your partner may have.

Advanced toy users probably won't get much from this.

Material / Texture

The bullet is made from a hard, cheap plastic with a thin layer of silver paint that will start to flake off if dropped or accidentally banged up against something in storage. The shape and ribbing of the bullet make it look like something from a 50's Sci-Fi movie.

It has a large head with 8 thick ribs that get thinner on the way down to the base. The wire is thin and coated in a transparent grey plastic. The battery case is simple. It's made from a hard black plastic with a velvety coating.

The Rocket bullet had a light chemical smell that faded quickly and little to no taste.

Design / Shape / Size

As mentioned earlier, the bullet is on the larger side. It is 5 inches long, and 1 1/4 thick at the top which gradually shrinks down to about 3/4 an inch thick at the base. The wire is a little under two feet (21 3/4 inches long). The battery case is the perfect size. It fits in your hand wonderfully! It is 4 inches long, and 1 1/2 wide. The bottom is round, stands up on its own, and the battery cap is easy to screw off and on!

To me, this looks like a futuristic bullet or ray gun attachment rather than a sex toy. The first few ribs feel interesting when inserted, but since it gradually gets thinner, the texture becomes less noticeable after say... the third one?

The Rocket Bullet isn't something you would want to leave sitting out. It is not discreet at all, but the size is perfect for throwing in your overnight bag for travel. Although, airport security may not like it if it shows up on an x-ray of your baggage.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Rocket Bullet is super easy to use and sports seven levels of vibration. The buttons are located at the top of the battery case for easy one handed use during playtime. Once you've inserted your two AA batteries and screwed your cap nice and tight, go ahead and punch the ON/OFF button on the front of the battery case to turn it on to the lowest setting. Punching it again will turn it off.

Press the (7) button to change the power settings. Levels 1, 2, 3, and 7 are solid, buzzy vibrations going from low to high. Levels 4, 5, and 6 are pulses. Level 4 is a roller coaster, 5 is a quick steady throb, and 6 is a faster throb.

This is probably one of the quietest bullet toys I've ever used. The volume level does have the bad habit that some of the cheaper battery powered toys have of randomly deciding it wants to be as loud as a blender one moment and quiet as a cell phone set to vibrate the next.

Care and Maintenance

Since this is made from hard plastic, it is safe to use with all lubricants and easy to store. You can keep it in the box it came in or put it in your toy box. You may be better off putting the bullet in sock to keep the paint from chipping and scratching.

This is not waterproof, so take care when washing it. Remember to remove the batteries and do not submerge the toy! To clean: use an antibacterial soap and water, or wipe it down with a 10%/90% bleach-water solution, or try using a toy wipe or cleanser. You may have to use a soft toothbrush or nail brush to clean the bullet thoroughly.

For easier cleaning, I would suggest placing the bullet inside of a condom during use.

Packaging

The Rocket Bullet comes in a thin purple cardboard box with a window on the front that shows off the toy inside. The bullet itself is housed in a clear plastic tray. As far as packaging goes, it is far from being discreet. The cardboard is too thin to be used as storage. There are no instructions or care information included.

The cardboard box and plastic are both recyclable.

Experience

I'll make this clear. I am not a very big fan of bullet vibrators. I received this a freebie from EF with one of my orders. I love the nice shiny silver color, and the simple to use remote/battery case. The Rocket Bullet is quiet, the buzzy vibrations are somewhere in between 3-4 VROOMS, and the ribbing offers some unique texture, but the quality of the toy is lacking.

After washing mine before the first use, I noticed that the silver paint was really scratched up near the wire end of the bullet. Shrugging it off, I ignored it. After the second washing, the scratches were marking up the nice shiny silver paint and there was little spots where it had flaked off. After that, the bullet was put in the box of unloved toys never to be used again.
Follow-up commentary
I still don't like this toy, it is too loud and buzzy for my tastes. When turned on, it can easily be heard over the television in the living room.

Great review, thank you for sharing. I wouldn't like the buzzy vibrations or the quality issues myself.
