Because I'm not Gumby
The 90 degree angle makes this a really ergonomic clitoral vibrator, and the twist action adds versatility plus ease of storage.

Pros
The 90 degree angle rocks!
Cons
Only one vibration speed, and the weird ridges should go.
Experience
As with most toys, this one could stand to be improved upon but it is SUCH a great idea. A few little changes here and there and I think that it truly could be worth the price tag. But the 90-degree angle is why I chose it. I have short arms and other things that get in the way, so I'll always be drawn to sharply curved toys.
People keep wanting to compare this to the Hitachi, but let me assure you that it's apple and oranges. I did "vs." comparisons between the Climax and a few other vibes, Hitachi included, but let me say here without a doubt the power level on this is NOT "knock your socks off" akin to Hitachi. Nor is the intensity middle of the road, either. It delivers that lovely deeper pitch (as opposed to bizzy buzzy) that is similar to the other "massager" style vibes.
Take a peek then at my off-site review for lots of in-depth looks and a bunch of photos.

Follow-up commentary
15 days after original review
While I still won't rave that this vibrator is perfect, I have to say I appreciate it even more than when I first reviewed it. Twice now I've turned off the Hitachi and orgasmed with this, instead.
I KNOW!
I'll now pick up this instead of any of my "massager style" vibrators like Hitachi, Acuvibe, etc. I also found out that this works quite nicely in the Axis Hitachi cushion from Liberator. And, unlike the large head of the Hitachi, in the right position (for my body type and my flexibility) there was no problem with getting to my vagina for sex or someone using a dildo on me.
I foresee my Acuvibe and Hitachi and Ideal gathering dust while the Climax Twist gains favor.

Thank you for viewing Climax twist – vibrating head massager discontinued review page!
So a few questions. Great description of the vibes and the touch about pressure was good to know. I like pressure a lot.
I actually hadn't realized this had a G-spot end, too. I just thought it was a bendable wand. Do it 'lock' into place when it's straight or at 90 degrees and can it be used at any other angle?
That other end does indeed vibrate and it has that typical "g-spot hook"with some girth. You could also use it on the clit, as I said, it's not *quite* as powerful to me as the massager head end. But combine the so-so vibrations, the placement of the buttons, trying to grasp onto the massager head end as a handle and those stupid liquids-catching ribs of light purple....meh i personally wouldn't use the g-spot end as intended.
Good review!
