This is a two part toy: A vibrating egg and a remote control. In theory, you could give a partner the remote while you keep the egg and they could turn it on and stimulate you from a distance. In theory. I could barely turn the egg on from two feet away.

This toy was made to be used vaginally or clitorally or in other places outside the body (nipples, etc) but I advise against anal play because the retrieval cord on the vibrating egg could easily break off. Just lightly tugging on it feels as though it might come loose and I was hesitant to put it in my vagina.

This TYPE of toy would be great for couples. I can see this being a ton of fun, maybe on a simple date like dinner or movies...but with your partner controlling the remote. Sadly, the remote power on this particular toy is not strong enough to control the egg from very far away, ruling out a fun night like that.

The material is pretty good! It's plastic, which ranks an 8/10 on Eden's safety scale. It's not a slick plastic, it's a smooth, velvety plastic.

There is no perceptible scent or taste at all and there is no texture either. Very smooth. There is a very small seam in the middle of the egg where it opens up to change batteries, but it cannot really be felt when in use.

This concept would be great in a higher quality toy. It consists of a vibrating egg, which unscrews in the middle to replace the batteries. It has a retrieval cord attached to one end, for removal when used vaginally. The remote consists of a small plastic rectangle also with a small cord on it. And two buttons. Very simple. One button to turn on/off and one to change the speed/pattern. The back of the remote has a small door to change the batteries.

However, this toy lacks quality and does not live up to expectations.

The size of the egg is fine. It could be suitable for any user, ranging from beginner to advanced. It is not intimidating. It is also fairly discreet, unless someone has some knowledge about sex toys.

The vibrations are located in the egg, which is run by 6 watch batteries. The egg is controlled by a small remote, which is run by 4 watch batteries. When the remote works, that is. You have to be VERY close to get it to work, which largely defeats the purpose and fun of having a remote controlled vibrator. And it takes 10 batteries to operate. Outrageous.

Moving on to the vibrations themselves, they are loud and buzzy. The seven levels/ functions are increasingly loud.

The egg itself is waterproof and has a gasket around the battery compartment (where it opens in the middle) to keep out water or fluid.

I used this toy once, in preparation for the review. When I went to turn it on again, it was dead. I had turned it off, it's just too hungry for batteries.

This is a plastic toy, so you can wash it with soap and water or a toy cleaner. Avoid getting the remote wet. It is compatible with both water and silicone based lubricants. The plastic does not attract lint, so storing it is very easy.
