Baby Love, My Baby Love.
Although I think this toy is more of a novelty, it's so darn cute who wouldn't love it. I think this might just be the coolest cell phone charm ever.

Pros
Cute, Strong vibrations,
Cons
Not waterproof.
The Fairy Baby is just the cutest little sex toy ever. Ever. The Fairy Baby is a miniature, in fact it's 10 1/4 inches shorter than the original Fairy Wand Massager. I have earrings bigger than this massager.
The Fairy Baby is 2 3/4 inches in total length. The ball head of the massager is 3/4 inches tall and 3/4 inches wide. The 'neck' in 1/4 inches tall and the handle is 1 3/4 inches long.
The handle and neck of this toy are made of hard plastic. That being said, many full size massager of this type have a movable, bendable neck. The Fairy Baby does not. The neck is stiff, hard plastic. The ball head is a softer, velvety material. It feels to me like silicone, but I have not been able to find any information to confirm that. If, it is not Silicone, it has the same velvety drag against the skin.
There is one button on this toy, as well as one vibration speed. To turn on the toy, simply slide the button up. To turn it off, slide the button back down. The vibrations of this massager are fairly strong for being such a small toy, but for me, they are not strong enough to climax. The vibrations are also not deep rumbling vibrations, they are high and whiny. They also make my fingers numb after a minute or so.
To charge the Fairy Baby there is a cord that plugs into the back or the toy and then plugs into one of your computers USB ports. Once you plug the toy in, the USB end of the plug illuminates red to confirm the toy is charging. I have yet to drain the battery so I can't say how long one charge will last.
The Fairy Baby come in s plastic clam shell package with an insert that has flowers and fairies on it. It's actually a simple, but pretty packaging. The only problem I had was that most of the writing is in Japanese and I couldn't read it. This cutie comes with a little pink charm strap and two little rings to attach the toy to the strap (like a miniature lanyard. The same type of strap used for cell phone charms).
This toy is not waterproof. The charging area is not covered, so be sure to avoid getting water on the handle of this toy.
If you need to use a lube with this toy, I would suggest using only water based lubes. Clean with anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner and rinse with warm water.

Experience
I am pretty much going to be using this toy as a charm, not as an actual toy. I think it was maid to be more of a novelty than an actual toy, but you can use this as a clitoral stimulator. I just don't think it's built to be used frequently.
Follow-up commentary
24 months after original review
As I wrote originally, I have been using this as a charm on my Devine carry-on, not as an actual toy. It's cute, and it really does work, but if I really want to get down to business there are better option in discreet massages. It's just such a cutie I can't help but love it.
