Awkward and Weak
Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of "oomph" as well as the relative discomfort of it on my fingers.

Pros
Great color, cute, easy to operate
Cons
Awkward sleeves, not enough power
I initially purchased this product as a good toy to use with a partner. It seemed to be not intimidating (he was a novice to bringing toys to bed) and the "vrooms" implied that it was powerful. It's a good thing I took it for a solo test drive beforehand, as I was highly disappointed by the Chandra. Although it comes with multiple sleeves to accommodate various finger widths, it was still overly bulky to be comfortable on my somewhat small hands. It never "seated" correctly and I never was able to get comfortable with it on my fingers. In addition, the vibration was too weak for me and didn't really enhance the solo experience.
So fast forward to bringing it to bed with a first timer in this department. I thought it would be good to use while either on top or bottom, that it would fit well between two bodies. Well...in both cases, it seemed to get in the way, I couldn't control its position, and the weakness of the vibrations hardly contributed to the experience. I soon gave up and figured we'd try something else the next time. I really should have known better.
Charging the Chandra is a little awkward unless you remove the sleeves. They are easy to remove so it's not a big deal, but it's a little annoying for someone who really loves charging stations as opposed to items you actually have to plug in or batteries you have to replace. It is designed so the finger sleeves do not HAVE to be removed though.
The plastic of the colored part is a little rubbery feelings, which is actually kind of nice. There is some slight ribbing but I have a hard time agreeing that it is "ribbed." They really aren't effective.
Overall, it is a cute toy and if you are more sensitive, and apparently more coordinated than me, it's probably worthwhile.

Looks like a lot of the reviewers agree that it isn't very powerful. Good to know! Thanks
