At Least it is Cute...
All in all, this toy was a huge disappointment. It is cute, came in cute (but not functional) packaging, and it feels great until you turn it on. I cannot, though, recommend it to anybody as I could not find any way to get physical satisfaction out of it. I threw it into my drawer because it is too cute to part with, but I'm not in any hurry to use it again.

I have long been looking for something that could provide pinpoint clitoral stimulation, and when I saw this I felt that I may have found the perfect toy. Waiting for my toy to come felt like waiting for Christmas, and I was really excited when the package finally arrived.
The product packaging was really clever. The black and red box looked exactly like one of the mascara boxes you would find on a pegboard at a drugstore. From a few feet away you would have no idea this was a sex toy. The packaging is not provocative (though it does have the name on the box) and I would be perfectly comfortable leaving the box somewhere that others could see it from a short distance. The contents of the package (vibrator, cover, and a set of watch batteries) are all visible through the clear plastic insert in the packaging. I did encounter some problems when I opened the package, though. It was impossible to take the plastic insert out of the cardboard outer package without destroying the cardboard. That part wasn't a big deal to me, since I don't typically keep my toys' packages, but some people might care about that. The part that I cared about, though, is that once I did free the plastic section from the cardboard box, the plastic broke and the watch batteries went flying everywhere. I have no idea how many watch batteries came with the toy — the box looks like there was room for six, but I only recovered two from under my bed and dresser.
The toy came pre-loaded with batteries. I snapped the cover onto the vibrator, just to see if it fit well. It did, and with the cover on the toy looks exactly like a tube of mascara. The visible lettering says "Studio Collection" and I would be very comfortable having this in my purse, even if I thought friends/kids/mom/etc. might rifle through and inadvertently find it. While the item is slightly larger than my largest tube of mascara, nobody would question the size or weight as being anything other than a tube of mascara.
With the cover off, it is a little more obvious that this is a sex toy and not a cosmetic item. The toy is made of smooth, hard plastic that is latex and phthalate free. The shaft of the toy is thicker than the standard mascara wand, and the end doesn't really look like a mascara brush. I had been really curious about the texture and size of the "brush," and I was pleasantly surprised. A little more than an inch long, the end is really soft and the nubs are very soft and pliable.
A button at the base of the toy controls the power. This toy is remarkably quiet, even for a watch battery toy. There are three speeds and a pulse mode. While holding the toy in my hand I was very surprised that the vibrations felt so strong from a watch battery toy — I assumed that the mid or high-level vibration would be more than adequate for me, especially since the end of this toy is small enough for me to put right on the sweet spot of my clit.
Excited to try my new toy, I rushed through dinner and my bedtime routine. Once it was time, I slid into bed, turned my toy on, and started swearing loudly. Not the good kind of swearing, but the exact same kind of swearing as when I used my (also much-anticipated) Form 2. This toy, you see, has the Form 2 flaw. When any kind of pressure is put on the business end of the toy, all vibration in the shaft and head cease and the vibrations go up into the base. The base then starts vibrating violently and kind of hurts your hand. I tried using this toy from every angle on my clit and the same result happened over and over. I tried it on my hand, just to see if there was some magic angle that would work, but nothing. The vibrations ceased every single time they met resistance. I like the way my Form 2 feels when it just rests lightly around my clit, so I decided to try that. Unfortunately, this toy will not operate properly if it is making more than accidental contact with any body part, so I wasn't able to find any pleasure there either.
This toy can be cleaned with soap and water or toy cleaner. It is supposed to be waterproof, but I didn't get that far.
Incidentally, I gave this toy one vroom, since I felt less than one during use. It would be three vrooms if the vrooming didn't stop when the toy reached its intended destination.

Experience
I was determined to find a use for this toy. I really like stimulation right at the base of my vagina, so I decided that might make this toy a "win" for me. I inserted the toy and tried to see if the brush was long enough to reach my g spot, since I thought manual brushing of that area would feel interesting. It wasn't, and I also noticed that while I was up there the brush part at the end of the toy got knocked off. I pulled the toy out of my vagina in two pieces. I got the brush end to go back on to the shaft, but it wouldn't stay on very securely and I don't plan to try to insert it again — not excited about the idea of small parts breaking off in there.

Maybe I hadn't seen it before, but the part about the "Form 2" issue really hit home. I hate toys that as soon as you apply to them the right spot they basically stop working and only the part in your hand vibrates. Great review!
