This Cat and mouse bullet is made out of PU coated plastic, has a velvety feel, and is very soft. Water based or silicone lube can be used with this toy. In my opinion, both feel great. It is durable and the dial for vibration setting works well. The control piece lights up and changes colors; it's quiet cute. It only uses 3 AAA batteries. The battery life is good since it uses the 3 AAA, I've used mine over 5 times (about 15 mins each time) and still have good battery life.
