This small toy isn't the most versatile out there, but it certainly has its uses. This toy, due to its size, is mainly intended for external use. The little bulb makes it great to use clitorally and on the labia, and it's also a nice shape to stimulate other erogenous zones. It's not the best for pinpoint stimulation, but it's great for more broad vibrations.

While this can be used for insertion, it may be too short to be very effective. It's also not really long enough that it can be used for thrusting, and it has no g-spot curve, but you can use it to stimulate the entrance to your vagina.

Even though this would be a neat anal toy, it's not safe for anal use. This toy doesn't really have a flared base, it has no real handle, and it has no retrieval cord. Inserting this anally might even be a challenge for practiced anal toy users, so you might just want to set your sights elsewhere.

This has the right shape, but it's much too small to use this for a body massage. If you really want a small, round toy to massage the bottom of your feet or your hands this might be okay, but there are better toys out there that can do both functions.

The plastic of this toy is completely rigid and smooth. This makes it very easy to use and put as much pressure as you want where you want it. The smoothness makes this toy more convenient, especially when traveling, because lube is not a necessity. While the rigidity can make it easy to bruise yourself, due to the round head and small size this won't be as much of a problem.

Out of the package this toy had no scent or taste to it at all, and after use and washing it it has retained neither. The material of this toy makes it very easy to wash. It's also easy to care for because it doesn't grab on to lint or gunk.

One thing to mention about the material is that you can see the wiring a bit through the base of the toy, because the material is a bit transparent. This is cool to some people, but others may feel that the toy looks a bit 'cheaper' for it. It's all up to the person.

Plastic is a great material for both beginners and advanced users. Everyone can appreciate the fact that it's nonporous and body safe, and the smoothness makes it more convenient especially for taking with you. If you like drag or texture to your toys this might let you down, but for the average Joe this is a great material and texture.

As far as most vibrators go, this toy is on the small side. 3 inches long and just over 2 inches around at the bulb, this is just a tiny bit larger than 'traditional' style bullets. It's not going to be large enough to use for insertion or thrusting, but the slightly longer 'neck' and wider base make it easier to hold than the traditional rounded-egg shape.

The bulb on the tip is what is best to use on your clitoris, and it's a nice size and is easy to maneuver. It's intended to be used for broad vibrations, and its best use is to swirl over your clitoris and the surrounding area. If you need pinpoint stimulation this might not be for you because of the large area you have to use to press with.

The shape makes this super easy to maneuver, something that I really appreciate. While it doesn't have as long a neck as a 'tulip' style toy, it's got enough length that it could be used between two people during intercourse without really having to get your fingers 'in there.' Shape wise, this makes it a good toy for couples, though not great.

One thing that stands out about the Mini Blaster is that it is a very 'innocent' design. It looks almost like something found in a toddler's playpen, and it looks similar to a light bulb. If you're nervous about getting something long or realistic and don't want anything intimidating, this is a good place to start.

If someone saw this on your desk they might ask you what it was, unless you have a lot of colorful child-like toys in your room already. The color and shape tend to draw people's attention, so this should probably be kept away from people you don't want to know about your toy habit. This would actually be a perfectly sized toy to toss into a bag and travel with, and it isn't going to look suspicious if you have to carry it on through airport security.

Overall, this design is best for people who prefer broader stimulation, or who want something small and cute to start off with. Size queens and those who need something with a a lot of girth or those who want a pointy shape will scoff at this and reach for something else, but for those who don't share their needs, this would be great.

This small toy is controlled entirely by one button on the base of the toy. The button has a bit more drag to it than the rest of the toy so that it's easy to push and feel around for. It's easy to push, but because of the shape of the toy it's not easy to accidentally change the settings while using it.

The settings and intensities are as follows:
1) Low (1 bee, 1.5 vrooms)
2) Medium (1.5 bees, 2 vrooms)
3) High (1.6 bees, 2.1 vrooms)

Something that's a bit strange about the settings is that there's almost no difference at all between the second and third setting. If you're really listening and feeling for it the third is a teensy bit louder and more powerful, but not enough that most users will be able to tell the difference.

This toy is very quiet, something that a lot of people really appreciate. The Mini Blaster is almost silent when held at arm's length away, and it's not going to be able to heard either over the shower or through thin walls. It's a great toy if you need to be quiet.

This toy is also entirely waterproof. It's great to use in the bath or shower, and you can also submerge it to clean it. There is an o-ring around the battery compartment that keeps water out, and the button on the base has no gaps where water can get into the electrical wiring.

The functions of this toy are best for those who don't need a lot of power. If you're looking for something with immense oomph, this is going to be a disappointment. I think that this has enough power to satisfy most women, and it's a good power level for beginners to start with because it's not too weak to bore them, but if they're sensitive it's not going to scare them off.

Being made of plastic, this toy is very easy to care for. The smooth material has no drag and doesn't pink up lint or gunk, so if you keep it in a clean place you can just wash it after every use (and not before.) You can wash this toy with an antibacterial toy cleaner, soap and water, or use a toy wipe.

On top of regular cleaning, you also can disinfect this toy by wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution. This will kill any bacteria that may be on the surface, and it should be done every time you plan on switching users.

This toy is best kept in a cool, dark place. If you plan on not using it for a while it's also a good idea to take the batteries out of the toy. This will cause both the batteries and the toy to last longer, especially since you run the risk of the batteries leaking.

Plastic is compatible with all types of lube, so you can use whatever is your favorite without fear of it harming your new vibrator. Similarly, plastic is compatible with all other types of toy material so you can use it in conjunction or store it in contact with any other toys.

The Mini Blaster comes in a clamshell packaging where you can clearly see the toy. The front states the name of the toy and some basic advertisements for the different functions of the toy. It has some cute multicolor bubbles on the front, but otherwise there aren't any images.

On the back of the packaging is a picture of the toy itself and some more colorful bubbles. It again just tells you some very basic information, as well as the brand name. There are no scantily clad women or lewd phrases at all. While it's not the best, this could be wrapped up and given as a gift in the packaging.

There also is a supplemental instruction manual in the back of the packaging. This discusses the uses, and mainly how to insert the batteries. While it's a straightforward toy, the extra instructions would be good for someone who hasn't had much experience with watch batteries.

This packaging isn't really a good idea to use for storage. It's much larger than the toy itself, and every time it is opened up, the extra batteries fall out. If you don't plan on using this toy for a while it might be okay to store it in, but otherwise it would be best to find somewhere more convenient.

One thing that is a bit of a turnoff about this toy is that it takes watch batteries. To make this toy go it takes 4 of them, but fortunately it comes with 8. Coming with batteries is a huge plus, but it still won't outweigh the fact that after you run out of the ones provided you'll have to track down and keep more.

When I got assigned this for a DR review I was stoked; it was so adorable! I really like whimsical toys, and this yellow light bulb-shaped vibrator was lovely looking. I anxiously awaited its arrival. It did not let me down.

I personally prefer weaker, broad surfaced external vibrations and that's just what this toy offers. It's so easy to move around and massage myself with, and it's completely waterproof to boot. While it's a bit buzzy to be my dream toy, for the price I can't complain.

This toy isn't going to be for everyone, but I think that it would be a great way to be introduced to toys as a couple or for solo play. While it's not my number one recommendation, if you're looking for something that's not super strong you don't have much to lose with this one.

Overall, I am giving this toy 4 out of 5 stars. It's high quality for the price, and it has a lot of great features, but I feel like the high setting just doesn't up the ante enough from the medium setting. Having two of the same setting just makes it harder to turn the toy off, which isn't something that people want in a vibrator.
