a sweet little toy
This is a nice toy to have if you're traveling, or if you want to keep a waterproof toy tucked into back of a bathroom drawer. If you're looking for strong stimulation in the bedroom, you may want to try something else.

Pros
Small, discreet, comes with a battery.
Cons
Tight vibration doesn't achieve the stimulation I would like.
When I opened my new Bullettes, one of the first things I noticed was that it takes one AAA battery, instead of the 2 AA batteries many bullets take. The next thing I noticed was that Doc Johnson included a battery. This really tickled me; because really, nothing says 'I love you' like remembering to give batteries with a new toy!
The next thing that I noticed was that the toy's battery is internal. The black thing in the picture that looks like a cord leading to an external battery pack is actually a wrist cord. It was only while I was using my Bullettes during intercourse for the first time, and the cord got damp and cold, that I wondered aloud why they put a cord on it. My husband paused and, smiling, told me it was because the toy is made to be inserted, too. I blushed a little because I hadn't thought of needing a strap for that.
The Bullettess claims to be waterproof. Though I have not tried it, it looks well-sealed, with no obvious openings where water could seep in. It is made of ABS plastic and is easy to clean. It is a good, hard plastic, which allows pressure to be applied. It is also slightly textured, which I really liked.
The toy is a nice length. It's easy to hold for clitoral and labial stimulation, because it is longer and more slender than many other bullets. It's a good length for insertion, as (for me) I have no problem getting it to reach my g-spot.
Despite all of the positives about this toy, I really only found it to be a mediocre experience. I believe the reason is that I want a strong, but somewhat slower, vibration. I think it is a result of it's slender size that the vibration is very tight. As a result, even at the higher speeds, the vibration does not feel very strong.
It's a nice little toy, all in all. Easy to carry and discreet due to it's size. It's quiet, too. I will probably bring it along when I travel over the holidays. For fun around the house, though, I'll opt for something stronger.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
As a follow-up, I've only had this vibrator for a few months, and it's only used about once a week or less often.
Noticing the battery was wearing low, I went to change it. The spring-pressured top comes off with some pressure, and it must have popped off at a bit of an angle. When I put the new battery in, the vibrator wouldn't turn on. I looked more closely and saw that a small bit of plastic had chipped off of the lid to the battery area. It rendered the toy useless.
Rather a disappointment.

A wrist cord? Well, huh! I'm not sure if that's a great idea of a ridiculous one. Do you think the cord would break in the throes of passion?
-
No, the cord seems quite strong. You could be in some pretty strong throes, and I'm sure the cord would be fine. :)
-
Seems like it has some significant drawbacks, but man, the shape of this looks just AMAZING!
