I was very excited to get my Iconic Rabbit (as part of a Usual Suspects collection). I am relatively new to toys, and though I never thought I'd go for a rabbit, I was definitely game for one that seemed the least ridiculous option. Forest creatures stimulating me had better be as non-realistic looking as possible, you know?

The instructions for the vibrator are very clear, but I was disconcerted when they informed me that the toy was clean and ready to use out of the box. However true that may be, the plastic smell of the toy was overwhelming enough to warrant a scrubbing before use.

No problem, the vibrator is a smooth, non-porous plastic and easy to clean. The material is supple and heats pleasantly with your body temperature.

My first impression upon use was that the vibrator was a great size for me. Used with a water-based lubricant, it slid in with a pleasing resistance, filled me and the spinning beads at the base, though subtle, hit all the right spots.

The rabbit portion of the vibe was less compelling, and I had to hold down the head to make better contact with my clitoris. I have reached clitoral climax with this vibrator, but I'm not sure I would have if I hadn't made this manual adjustment.

Noise levels for this product are a little high. If you're worried about detection, it is the rabbit portion of this vibrator that makes the real ruckus. You could run the shaft portion if you're in stealth mode.

The most disappointing feature of this vibrator is the control mechanism. There are two sliding buttons, one to control the vibrations in the rabbit and one to control the main shaft. Though these controls are very easy to use, I have found that the intensity of one vibrator decreases as you increase the other. When you turn both up to their highest setting, the intensity restores itself, but any intermediary settings have an effect on each other.
