Mega Mite is a clitoral vibrator that would be a little overwhelming for a beginner. The vibrations are very strong and only have one setting. You can use this toy to stimulate your clitoris or other sensitive parts of your body. Nipples, anus, and penis are some good areas to stimulate with the Mega Mite. Keep in mind this is a stimulating vibrator and not one that you will insert in your vagina or anus.

The toy is very versatile in the situations where you can use it! Mega Mite is waterproof which makes using it in the shower or tub a great place to start. Either solo or with a partner you can have a lot of fun. For me this was the best place to use the toy with my partner. We took it in the shower with us and could stimulate each other with the Mega Mite while performing oral. It was not as easy to use in the missionary position as it is a little too big to keep between you and your partner. But keep it around for other positions, it can rev things up!

Mega Mite is made of plastic which Eden gives a material safety of 8. Plastic is hypo-allergenic, latex free, and phthalates free. You can use water, oil, or silicone lube with this toy. It is non-porous with a firm smooth texture. It did not have a plastic smell when opened that I noticed. It also did not have a taste.

The top of the toy has three little nubs that are made of softer plastic that you can squish down. This texture adds some stimulation to the toy. The overall texture of the toy is for beginners and advanced users. It is a rigid toy but with the soft tip it should be an easy adjustment for all users.

This little vibrator has a straight forward, kind of dull design. It’s not the cutest toy in our toy chest but it is very simple to use. However, the ease of use causes some serious performance issues. I will talk about those later.

The Mega Mite is completely black except for the white lettering. It does come in red but those are your only color options. So there are no “girly” touches to this toy.

The shape works for what it is designed to do. There are no curves, it's just straight forward but gets the job done. Like I mentioned earlier it worked for me in solo play and for stimulation, but is hard to use during certain positions of intercourse. It does taper from the top to the bottom. The top of Mega Mite is larger than the bottom but not a huge difference. However, in the top half of the toy it gets to its widest size. It does not gently taper off but is kind of “blocked” at the different parts of the toy.

As far as size goes, this Mega Mite is a really nice size. It measures 4 inches in length, 3.25 inches in circumference, and 1 inch in diameter. For a real world comparison it’s about as long as an iPhone and as big around as a hair brush handle.

Because of its modest size and plain appearance, the Mega Mite is pretty discreet. To me it looks like a small flash light. You could carry it in your purse and if someone caught a glance at it they would not think much of it.

I think this vibrator performed and functioned decent for the price and type of toy it is. With the Mega Mite, the vibrations are located in the middle of the toy, with only one vibration setting. They are nice deep, rumbling kind of vibrations. With the vibrations being located in the middle of this toy you take a lot of the vibrations in your hand. It made my hand go a little numb after a few minutes if I did not switch to my other hand. This makes the toy pretty loud; you would be able to hear it through a closed door if there was no other noise. You can definitely hear the vibrations through the sheets, but you are not able to hear it above water running in the shower or tub.

There are only two settings on this simple toy; on and off. It makes it easy to use because you simply twist the top half of the toy to the right and it turns the toy on, back to the left and it turns the vibrations off. However, turning too far to the right and the toy comes apart so you can load batteries! It really is a design flaw that should have been re-designed. I have popped it open without meaning to a couple of times now. This would not be so great if it happened while in the shower or tub.

It did work great in the shower! The O ring kept the seal really tight and we had no issues. We were just careful not to twist the knob to far so it would not open in the shower.

You do have to take a some extra care to clean the Mega Mite. With the little texture on the top of the toy you have to make sure that you get all around them. It does make it very easy to clean since it is waterproof! You can completely submerge the toy with some mild soap or toy cleaner.

All lubes are compatible with this vibrator which is nice because we like to switch up the different lubes that we use. This toy is also easy to store. You don't have to keep it separted from your other toys and it will not collect any kind of lint or particles.

You will have to use one AA battery. So far we have not had to replace the battery after mutiple uses.

Not discreet at all; it came in a nice clear clam packaging but with a picture of a girl in a bikini on the insert. Of course it is in the brown box for shipment, but when we removed the package it was very in your face. There were no instructions included in the packaging but I don't think they were needed. The toy was also not packaged with a battery so you will have to purchase a AA battery. You can not use the package as a gift or storage box.

We did have a hard time keeping lube on this toy in the shower but it did not keep us from trying it out. It was easy to use when giving oral to your partner, either on yourself or your partner. While giving head to my partner, I used the Mega Mite on his taint and anus. The size made it easy to keep hold of in the slippery environment.

When we took it out of the shower and tried to use it in missionary position it was a little more difficult because of it's rigid structure. I couldn't really keep the toy between us. Also, like I mentioned before the heavy vibrations did also make holding the toy for too long a little bit of an irritant.
