a hit and a miss
The Grind Pad might be worth the buy for the rear vibe alone, which delivers blissful hands-free orgasms with its smooth hump design and intense vibrations. Unfortunately, the clit tapper wasn't for me and the remote control design issues - which make it impossible to control each end of the pad separately except via the buttons on the pad itself - left me disappointed. I'd recommend the Grind Pad ... or half of it ... but I wish they would make a few changes.

Pros
wonderfully intense rear vibe, good size, easy to clean
Cons
bad remote control design, clit tapper wasn't for me
I was very excited about the Grind Pad; who doesn't love the idea of a sittable vibrator that will do all the work while you bliss out? And the Grind Pad lived up to my expectations ... to a point.
The pad is a good size to fit between the legs and sits easily on a pillow (I used an inflatable position pillow), a bed, or even a chair. It's made of a smooth silicone that is easily cleaned, and is magnetically charged.
The "rear" of the pad, with the smaller hump, is an intense vibrator that ranges in level from "squirming in your seat" to (in a phrase borrowed from EF) "mind-fuzzying." The raised hump allows the vibrator to press right against the clit, and practically begs you to lose yourself as you roll your hips against it. If BDSM is your game, it's a GREAT deal of fun to sit a submissive on the Grind Pad with their hands tied behind their back and watch them squirm as it does its work - especially with the different vibration patterns this motor features. I really had fun with that part of the pad.
My issue was with the "front" of the pad, where a large hump houses a clit tapper. This hump has no vibration, it is tapping only. Unfortunately, sans vibration, it didn't do much for me; if clit tapping is your thing, perhaps you'll have more success than I did, but I would have much preferred vibration in addition to tapping. I also found the noise that end emitted to be quite shrill and unpleasant, very unlike the soft rumble of the rear vibe.
But what really knocked a star off this toy for me was the controls. On the pad itself, each end is controlled by a separate button. The bottom button, which controls the clit tapper, has to be pressed once to activate the pad, but it won't set off the tapper unless pressed a second time. The rear hump vibrator can be turned on and switch modes by itself using the top button. However, the toy also features a remote control, and it seems that the remote cannot activate the rear vibrator without also turning on the clit tapper. Since that turned out to be the feature I like least that's obviously frustrating, but even for someone who does enjoy the sensation, it's a poor design choice - especially since they CAN be controlled independently via the pad's buttons. I was quite disappointed to find such a senseless design choice, and it means that remote control play will definitely be out of the question for me.
I haven't given up on finding an excellent pad vibrator, and for the rear vibe alone I would still recommend the Grind Pad, but sadly my issues with the clit tapper and hang-ups about the control design put this pick lower on my list than I'd like.
